Santa Anita

Race 5

No.3 LEVEL HEADED: Was being stretched out on the grass by the hot training Tom Proctor. This filly ran a big race battling from the bell head-to-head, nose-to nose. Just could not hold off the fast closing winner, but had enough left to hold second by ¾ of a length. Next time if able to clear early she will be gone! $$$$$

No.9 BROMELIA: Was in from Gulfstream Park and really took all the action after being bet down to the even money chalk. She ran her race, but had no shot. The Richard Mandella runaway winner.
