Race 4

No. 6 BLACK WITCH: Bob Baffert first time starter ran a monster race finishing second by a dwindling ¾ of a length. Broke slow and had to be steadied hard when between horses in the early going. She made a big five wide run and came home fast despite drifting in a little at the finish. The filly has a big future and will be a solid single next time out. $$$$$

No. 7 HAVING ABIG MIDDLE: Big Brown filly was being sent long on the grass by Doug O’Neill in her third start. She ran a winning race leading from the bell, but just failed to hold off the 6/5 chalk by a neck. Was a clear second and will be one tough customer next time out. $$$
