SANTA ANITA

RACE 2

NO. 6 MUCHOS BESOS

Anyone who bet this horse at 2/1 just took a horrible beat. He broke dead last in this field of 11 runners, went down on the inside but had to come out on the turn for room. He made his run down the lane and surged late while between horses to finish third as one of three noses on the wire in a real tough beat.

RACE 7

NO. 8 TENKILLER KID

Was getting the drop in class and the hot Elvis Trujillo riding for Doug O’Neill as these two have been hooking up with winner after winner. The Kid came from last to second in a big late run and is ready to win next out at this level if he gets some pace to run at.

RACE 8

NO. 3 CHATTERING GAMBLER

Was breaking from the rail in this mile turf race and really had no place to run until midstretch when getting through a hole. He battled it out with the winner only to lose by a neck. He is ready to win with a better trip.

AND NO. 4 ITSGETTINHOTINHERE

First time starter for trainer John Sadler took some action and ran a nice even race finishing fourth in this 10 horse field. Missed the show money by a neck, but no mistakes next time out. $$$
