Race 3

Was sent off at 7/5 in this 5-1/2 furlong sprint but lost it out of the gate when breaking last from the 1 post in this field of 10. She tried to make up ground late but had to settle for fourth, just missing the show dough by a head.

Race 5

Was going a flat mile in this straight maiden race. He stalked four wide and continued in the four path and into the stretch. Showed determination in finishing third by a neck in what was a performance that will have him set for the win next out.

Race 6

Was going 5 furlongs on the Del Mar grass. He showed good early speed but just could not hold off the perfect tripper, losing by 3/4 of a grudging length. Was claimed for $40k by Hollendorfer and this looks like a very good one.

Race 8

Ran huge on this speed-favorite oval as he was angled to the inside to save ground. Got stuck at the 3/4 mark but once clear he came home strong to win going away at the end. $$$

Race 9

First time starter was stuck on the far outside in this mile dirt sprint. He was five wide into the first turn, chasing well off the rail on the second turn and came five wide into the stretch. Made his run to finish a clear third. This one has some run and will be a must use next out.
