NO. 6 PEPPY BOLLY: Got the move up in class off her second straight claim sporting a bullet work and also getting the hard trying Valdez in the irons. She was crowded at the start but settled nicely off the rail. Swung out for room to make her run in this 5-1/2 furlong sprint and was flying late just missing by a fast dwindling head. No mistakes next time out. $$$

NO. 3 BLACKFORD: Ran his heart out when battling tooth and nail the entire 1-1/8 on this turf course. Just failed to hold second. He needs a more patient ride.

NO. 5 SYNNIN: Was going down the hill for the first time and really didn’t get the best of rides by Hall of Fame jockey Alex Solis. Still, he still ran a winning race just failing to run down the lone speed on a course that has been favoring front runners. No mistakes next time out. $$$

NO. 1 D’CHURCH: First time starter was let go at 17/1 and ran a huge race finishing second to Gimme Da Lute while almost 10 lengths clear of the rest in this 12 horse field. $$$
