Santa Anita
Race 7
No. 6 NOFTY: Broke out and was pulling jockey Flores from the saddle. Got between horses to gain the lead and stayed in front until the even money favorite hooked him down the lane. Nofty was a clear second and has the looks of a next out winner.
Race 9
No. 5 BURNS: Was on our watch list one Race back. His trainer Barry Abrams finally found the answer by putting Gomez in the irons and off the pace to make one run. He overtook the lone speed and won by more than a length with these new tactics and rider. We look for a repeat.
Golden Gate
Race 8
No. 5 JENJOR: Was trying the grass for the first time and almost got there when making a big late run at the winner a furlong out. She just did get No.sed for the place money while losing the entire ball of wax by less than a length. Next time going long on the grass. $$$$$
No. 7 DUBAI PERFECTO: Another who was trying the grass for the first time and his filly just freaked winning going away by more than four lengths, she looks like a repeater. $$$
