DEL MAR

RACE 8

NO. 2 RINSE AND REPEAT: Maiden was coming off a little layoff but ran like he loved this track, winning by more the two lengths while under a long late hold by Mario Gutierrez, saving a ton of horse for his next start.

NO. 5 KLIMT: 2yo colt trained by Bob Baffert for Shah Kaleem Inc., won like a good thing at 2/1, opening up down the lane to draw off by more than five lengths in a loaded field of 10. We will see this one in a 2yo stakes race at Del Mar; possibly on the road to the Kentucky Derby. One to keep a serious eye on and maybe a little future bet to win the Derby. $$$$$
