COIL ME HOME: Lost all shot in this $40k optional claimer when getting squeezed off at the start to be last. He chased outside but was taken to the inside down the lane and made a real nice late run to get up for the place money. He will be set for the win next out.

ABSOLUTE WEAPON: Was just that in this 5½-furlong $30k maiden claimer when powering away down the lane to win by six open lengths. He ran like he had a ton left in the tank. He will be spotted going longer next out in a starter allowance race and we will be heading to the wagering windows.

GOVENOR CINCH: $50k maiden looked perfectly spotted in this 5½-furlong sprint. He looked to be in a good spot after a slow start but then was taken six wide leaving the turn to lose any shot. He did rally for the show dough and ran on like he wants to go longer. If so, we will be taking our shot.

MO FORZA: Really wanted to be let loose in this 1-1/16 turf route at Del Mar as he was pulling jockey Martin Garcia hard. He was down on the inside and then was switched out on the turn making a big late rally to just miss by a nostril on the bob.

EXCELLENT SUNSET-GREAT RETURN: These two fillies finished second and third while just a half-length apart in this mile turf race with Great Return well clear of the rest. Both look to be sitting on wins and if they return in the same race it will be exacta box time.

OF GOOD REPORT: Comes off a huge win at Del Mar when blasting home going a mile on the grass in a $32k claimer. He was claimed by trainer Vladimir Cerin. This appears to be a great claim. Look for a quick return on the investment.
