Paul, 25, is still undefeated in his early boxing career. He has turned heads in the combat sports community based on his name and former career on YouTube and Disney Channel alone. MMA fans love to hate him, and boxing fans simply just hate him.

Paul has been looking for a fight since his rematch with Woodley, but nothing had come through until the Silva deal was worked out. He was previously scheduled to fight Tommy Fury, but that fight fell apart due to travel issues with the Fury family.

The replacement was Hasim Rahman Jr., but he pulled out after weight-cut issues and the fight card was canceled.
