The betting odds say the Golden State Warriors will put down the home hammer and clinch their best-of-seven opening-round NBA Playoff series against the Sacramento Kings in Game 6 on Friday night.

Golden State is favored at sportsbooks to make its 123-116 Game 5 road victory on Wednesday night stand up.

Here, we look at predictions, odds, and props for this potential series-ending Game 6.

Kings vs. Warriors Game 6 Odds: Point Spread, Moneyline, Total

As of Friday morning, the Warriors are a fairly sizable -7.5, per the point spread at DraftKings, and stand a whopping -300 on the moneyline at BetMGM. Sacramento can be had for +255 at DraftKings for an outright victory.

The Over-Under sits between 234.5 and 235, the latest high total in an offensive series that has been highly entertaining. Over 232 prevailed in Golden State’s Game 5 triumph.

The series has averaged 234 points per game with the highest total, 251, coming in Golden State’s 126-125 home triumph in Game 4.

Here are current spreads, totals, and moneylines from the best sports betting apps across the marketplace.

Kings vs. Warriors Game 6 Betting News

Here’s an overview of the series so far from each team’s perspective.

Warriors Loaded With Firepower

It was historic for Golden State, marking the 28th consecutive NBA playoff series in which it captured a road game.

It also helped the Warriors reverse a troubling trend of winning only 11 road contests this year. Golden State’s 11-30 regular-season road record was by far the worst of any team in the playoffs.

Steph Curry was the engine driving the Warriors offense, as always, in Game 5. His impact came as much from eight timely assists as well as 31 points. Curry sparked Golden State’s up-tempo offense, and, this, time, he had plenty of help.

Where Steph stands: Odds to Win NBA Finals MVP

Draymond Green had a monster game off the bench for Golden State with 21 points, seven assists, four rebounds, and a block. He was 8-for-10 from the field.

Golden State’s victory in Game 3 — overcoming a Green suspension for stepping on the chest of Domantas Sabonis in Game 2 — marked a turning point in this series. The Warriors have won three straight, and Green’s energy has been infectious in the last two.

Andrew Wiggins produced 20 points, and Kevon Looney made a significant contribution with 22 rebounds.

Klay Thompson delivered 25 points, including several significant three-pointers. He had five of them in the game, more than any other player.

In the end, Golden State simply prevailed with more firepower.

Kings’ Shooting Goes Cold

There were no complaints about the 24 points from De’Aaron Fox, who played despite a fractured left index finger. News that he would play propelled oddsmakers to shift the line from Golden State -4.5 to -1.5.

Fox added seven rebounds and nine assists. His shooting touch left a bit to be desired, as he was only 9-for-25, but he was a spark plug for Sacramento.

Sabonis was his usual strong presence inside with 21 points and 10 rebounds.

Malik Monk continues to shine and had 21 points in 29 minutes. Sacramento might be wise to give him a few more minutes.

Live by the 3s, die by the 3s. Sacramento hit only 2 of 21 three-pointers through the final three quarters, after hitting eight of the 12 in the first.

Kings vs. Game 6 Betting Trends

DraftKings bettors, on consensus, lean on Golden State winning on the moneyline but not covering a high-scoring game.

  • Sacramento has 75% of the handle and 66% of the tickets at +7.5.
  • Golden State has 63% of the moneyline handle and 69% of the tickets.
  • The Over enjoys 78% betting support on the handle and 72% on the tickets.
