LOS ALAMTIOS TB
Race 1
The only good thing about this card is that this is the last week of Los Al TB as we head to Santa Anita next Thursday. In this $30k maiden claimer for 2yo it is just a bad group and doubt if any of these 2yo are worth $30k. No. 2 Fabrication is the morning line chalk and deserves to be, she will be odds on. It will take a first time starter to beat him and there are three of them in here: No. 1 Skagit River, No. 3 Awesome Prophecy and No. 7 Desert Black. 2**-1-3-7
Race 2
This is a $40k maiden claimer and as we said in race one, we doubt if any of these are worth $30k. No. 2 Ya Gotta Wanna is a first time D’Amato with Maldo riding, he looks like the live runner in here. No. 3 Chrisiscookin has run well in his last two starts including a second here, after those two it a guessing game. 2**-3
Race 3
In this $8k claimer going 5-1/2 furlongs we will use two droppers. No. 3 Papa Mambo who takes a huge class drop and No. 5 She’sluckythatway who drops from $16k to $8k. 3-5
Race 4
$30k maiden 2yo go 5-1/2 furlongs. No. 3 What’s Inside is the key player here with Stewart Elliot riding for Mike Puype, this gelding is very live. We will use with No. 1 Mr. Irrelevant and No. 7 Nehemiah. 3*-1-7
Race 5
We love the No. 4 Two Thirty Five and he will be our play of the day and single in the last leg of the pick five. In here we will play a trifecta with No. 1 Rick’s Dream, No. 2 Beyond Wonderful and No. 7 Dixie Rebel.
Win and place 4 and key trifecta 4 with 1-2-7
Race 6
$30k maiden 2yo fillies go a flat mile. No. 2 Poco Suenos gets off the grass and drops into a very live spot for trainer Molly Pearson who has won with 3 of her 8 runners here. No. 5 Happy Maggie and No. 6 Cee Sam’s Girl look the main dangers. 2**-5-6
Race 7
Cal bred optional $20k claimers go a flat mile. No. 2 Lindante drops first off the Mullins claim but has won here. No. 4 Senator Robert has finished second in his last two starts at this distance at Del Mar, he may like it here. No. 6 Storm Comin Thru has been a popular item at the claim box and now gets his firs start for Dean Pederson and Roman gets the call, he fits with this crew. 2-4-6
Race 8
Low level $6,250 claimers go 5-1/2 furlongs. No. 4 Lion’s Luck drops in class and is bedded down here for Art Sherman and we like Saul Arias riding. No. 5 Gone With It is another dropper who will be out winging it on the front end with Pedroza gunning from the bell. 4-5
