Race 1

We get $20k maidens going 5-1/2 furlongs. No. 5 Spokane Eagle comes off the layoff for Neil Drysdale and moves in with maiden claimers and gets the leading jock, he will take a lot of cash. No. 7 Clifton Beach has lost 14 times but actually won a race but had his number taken down, jockey Joe Talamo gets his shot today. No. 6 June and Johnny is the only firster in the race and could surprise for a piece. 5**-7-6

Race 2

$25k 3yo go 5-1/2 furlongs. No. 2 Executive Cat has big early speed and is on a nice win every other race pattern and this is his win race, his works are lively to say the least. No. 6 Beantown Boys ran a good second here in his one start on this course, he could wake up in this spot at a price. 2-6

Race 3

This is one ugly $6,250 claimer for fillies and mares. We will try and get it down to two using No. 1 Sallyana the inside speed who has lost as the chalk in her last two starts. No. 4 Stole My ‘Art gets a turn back in distance and jockey Brayan Pena today, look for her to take back and try and make a late run.

Race 4

$20k maidens go 5-1/2 furlongs. We will take or shot here and single No. 7 Confirmed as he gets the biggest drop in maiden races on this circuit and he gets off the grass and back sprinting with Maldo on today, also the blinkers go on as trainer Eurton pulls all the stops looking for a win. 7

Win and place 7

Race 5

$8k starter allowance runners go 5-1/2 furlongs the distance of choice here at Los Al TB. No. 1 Omdurman will need to get off this rail but is on a win every other race pattern and this is his win race and we like Roman sticking. No. 8 Rafter One is a perfect 2 for 2 on this course and comes off a good win here on the 10th just six days ago. No. 10 Madelyn’s Wild Max also come off the win and is the stablemate of Omdurman. 1-8-10

Race 6

Cal bred $50k maiden 2yo fillies go 5-1/2 furlongs. No. 3 Wishful is a first time starter out of the dam Lake Marina who has dropped 3 winners from 3 starters and this filly has a big time last work. No. 6 Two Timing Lucy can win this if able to run back to her race one back, she has been working with a purpose.

Race 7

No. 3 Slasher is wheeled back in just six days off the win. No. 7 Mt. Leinster just lost by a neck here last out his first on this course. The runner we really like is No. 6 Chromium who exits our HTW list off an eye popping win when splitting runners down the lane and drawing away with ease. 6**-3-7

Race 8

$12,500 claimers go five furlongs. No. 2 Rick’s Dream gets the hard trying Geovanni Franco on today and a slight drop in class, he will be right there. No. 10 Informality gets a double drop in class and the leading jock. No. 6 Mr. Louis also gets the double drop and is the speed, he will be playing catch me if you can.

Race 9

There is all speed in this mile race so we will look for some options. No. 3 Minoso closed for his maiden score at Del Mar and now Gary Stevens makes a rare trip in for the ride, he is a must use. No. 4 Lucky Romano comes off a tough trip but showed some guts when coming back on late going 7 furlongs, he can get a mile and doesn’t need the lead. No. 7 Campaigner also had a tough last trip in the same race.

Race 10

We will need to go four deep in this $30k maiden claimer for 2yo fillies using No. 3 Dare to Enter who ran his best race here on back at this distance. No. 6 Kaleidoscope Kid the only first time starter who is out of the dam Pop Quality who has dropped 4 winners from her 4 starters and trainer David Hofmans is one for one at the meet. No. 7 Charming Ruler drops from straight maiden races and is very live and No. 10 Dos Palos another who drops from straight maiden races but is a must use as the price will be right.
