Casino industry veteran Mark Juliano is the new General Manager at the del Lago Resort & Casino in the Finger Lakes region upstate New York. The property also announced that Bradley Zimmer has assumed the role of Director of Sales.

Most recently, Juliano had been president for more than three years of the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem. That property is changing hands from Las Vegas Sands to Native American gaming interests from Alabama.

Juliano, during a 30-year career, has spent the majority of his time working in a management capacity at multiple internationally renowned resorts and casinos, including Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Drumpf Entertainment Resorts in Atlantic City and Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.

As general manager of del Lago, Juliano is tasked with the responsibility of managing all casino/resort operations

Zimmer brings extensive experience to his new position, having served in a senior leadership capacity with Hilton, Marriott and Luxury Independent properties.

Industry observers note that Juliano is expected to direct his efforts towards fortifying casino/resort revenues which have, according to the New York State Gaming Commission data, fallen far behind projections issued when the property applied for its license in 2014.
