Week 2 of the NFL season caps off with a Monday Night Football doubleheader featuring two inter-conference matchups. When the NFL gives us an extra MNF game, that means we bettors get an extra set of MNF player props and anytime touchdown scorer bets to back.

Monday night opens with an AFC tilt between the Tennessee Titans and Buffalo Bills, followed by Minnesota Vikings vs. Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC.

Stefon Diggs Anytime TD (+115, FanDuel, BetMGM)

It didn’t take long for Diggs to record his first six points of the season. Buffalo’s top receiver outran all-world corner Jalen Ramsey for a 54-yard touchdown in Week 1, and he now faces a much easier matchup against Tennessee’s secondary, who he scored a touchdown on in his meeting in 2021.

There’s going to be plenty of touchdowns to go around on this elite offense, and Diggs should be the primary recipient. He has 19 total touchdowns in 34 career games – and 10 in his past 13 – with Josh Allen as his quarterback.

Derrick Henry Over 10.5 Receiving Yards (–115, PointsBet)

After pacing for career highs in receptions (44) and receiving yards (374) last season, Derrick Henry dropped his lone target in Week 1, while second-string running back Dontrell Hilliard caught three balls for 61 yards.

While he’s not known as a pass catcher, Henry did amass 13-plus receiving yards in six of eight contests last season. And with Hilliard ruled out against Buffalo, he may need to resume his old role as a part-time pass-catcher.

Minnesota Vikings vs. Philadelphia Eagles Odds

The Vikings – priced between +115 and +125 – piggyback on their close Week 1 victory into a challenging matchup against the Eagles in Philadelphia – priced between –135 and –145. The Eagles lay just 2.5 points in this likely nip-and-tuck affair.

Vikings vs. Eagles MNF Player Props, TD Scorer Bets

Most Receiving Yards: Justin Jefferson (-140, FanDuel)

Justin Jefferson picked up right where he left off by erupting for 184 receiving yards and two touchdowns on nine catches last week. Minnesota’s All-Pro wideout was 148 yards clear of the next most productive receiver – Adam Thielen.

Jefferson’s real competition is not with anyone who shares his uniform, however. It’s with Philadelphia’s AJ Brown, who blew up for 155 receiving yards against the Lions in Week 1. But Jefferson faces a much easier matchup than Brown does.

Justin Jefferson Anytime TD (-120, DraftKings, BetMGM)

Jefferson has the shortest odds of any player to score in this game, but even so, his pricing isn’t short enough. He has at least one score in five of his last eight outings dating back to 2021.

The Eagles defense gave up five scores to Detroit in Week 1. If the Vikings can match the Lions’ touchdown-scoring prowess, then bettors can confidently expect to catch Jefferson in the endzone tonight.
