NBA Friday is here, and if you’re looking to grab some extra cash heading into the weekend, then you may want to peek your head in the NBA player props market.

We dug deep into the market for the best values during tonight’s 10-game NBA slate, including plays on Damian Lillard and Kevin Durant exceeding their point totals.

Grizzlies vs. Nuggets Betting Lines: Point Spread, Moneyline, Total

Friday night’s NBA action includes a West showdown between the Memphis Grizzlies (between +155 and +170 on the moneyline) and Denver Nuggets (between -195 and -204) on ESPN, which may be the matchup of the night. Denver is a 5- to 5.5-point favorite and is receiving 66% of moneyline tickets and 51% of spread tickets at DraftKings.

Below are the betting lines from top sports betting apps for all 10 games on Friday’s schedule.

Player Props for NBA Friday

Damian Lillard Over 36.5 Points (-150, DraftKings)

One of the greatest point guards of the century is in his bag right now, averaging 42.5 points over his last six games, including a historic 71-point outburst against the Houston Rockets. Even if you take out his career-high performance, he’s still averaging 36.6 points — a tick above his scoring line tonight.

The Blazers are the 12th seed in the West and are just 1.5 games out from the play-in. Lillard is a competitor, and like any competitor, he’ll find that extra gear in his game in order to stay competitive.

It’s crazy to see that we’re co-signing betting the Over for this astronomical line, but knowing Dame the way we all do, topping 36.5 points wouldn’t surprise anyone.

Kevin Durant Over 21.5 Points (-125, BetMGM)

Kevin Durant has a 21.5-point scoring line? It must be a misprint, right?

This isn’t just his second game with the Phoenix Suns — it’s also his second game back from a fairly significant knee injury. Durant eased his way into the lineup by playing just 26 minutes, which he turned to 23 points on 10-of-15 shooting from the field against the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday.

The scoring superstar’s body has often fared well when coming back from a major injury. He scored 31 points in his first game back from a month-and-a-half-long injury last season. In his first game back from that notable Achilles injury he suffered in the 2019 NBA Finals, he logged 22 points in 25 minutes.

We don’t expect his minutes to go down against the Chicago Bulls tonight. In two meetings against Chicago this year, Durant put up 32 and 44 points.

Wendell Carter Over 26.5 Points + Rebounds (-110, DraftKings)

Carter isn’t the most exciting player to bet on, but he may offer the most valuable prop this evening. His scoring (15.1) and rebounding (8.8) averages fall short of this combo line, but understand that he’s been facing opponents of all defensive levels.

Tonight’s opponent, the Charlotte Hornets, gives up the second-most points and the most rebounds to centers. Charlotte had just given up 16 points and 16 boards to Deandre Ayton. Carter is more than capable of dropping similar numbers, even with some margin of error.

The Hornets’ offense is discombobulated with LaMelo Ball out of the lineup, having scored just 91 points against the Phoenix Suns last game. Poor offenses give up more rebounds because they’re missing more shots, which bodes really well for the Magic center.
