RB Michael Bush (Oakland Raiders)
Oakland Raiders has the week off, but if Bush is still available, get him because of Darren McFadden’s injured foot. This changes the entire dynamic of the Oakland Raiders team, but they’ll still have to run and the offensive line is the strength of the team. If you can wheel and deal for Bush, try and get him because he’s going to be major player if McFadden is out for an extended period of time like has been the case almost every year of his career.
RB Pierre Thomas (New Orleans Saints)
Mark Ingram’s injury could benefit those who have hid Thomas on their bench all season. The New Orleans Saints play the St. Louis Rams this week and need to use their running game to close it out before it gets as ugly as their Indianapolis Colts win. He looks like a good start this week if having trouble in your backfield as many fantasy owners are right now.
WR Jabar Gaffney (Washington Redskins)
With Santana Moss out for up to four weeks, you can find yourself some guaranteed points through the air from Gaffney, a reliable good-hands receiver. On the same note, TE Fred Davis also becomes a more viable option in the Washington Redskins passing game which should be able to do what they want against the Bills defense. Look for lots of points in this game.
