QB Kyle Orton
Den vs. OAK: Orton doesn’t make a lot of mistakes and has a couple a big receivers to make big plays with. The Broncos should have this game in control making it easier for Orton to relax and pick apart the Nnamdi-less Oakland secondary.
RB Dexter McCluster
KC vs. BUF: Although not an every down back, McCluster’s speed and elusiveness will have him on the field quite often, especially with Matt Cassel’s safety value, Tony Moeaki out. Look for a big day on special teams and catching passes out of the backfield against a suspect Bills squad.
RB Ben Tate
HOU vs. IND: All indications are that Arian Foster will play Sunday, but it’s likely not to be in the same work horse fashion we saw last season. Look for Tate to get plenty of playing time and gain big yardage and score behind the Texans great blocking schemes.
TE Aaron Hernandez
NE at MIA: He’s become a Tom Brady favorite and led all NFL receivers in receptions during the pre-season. He scored six TD’s as a rookie last year and could get double-digits this season beginning with Miami.
