The NFL’s top storyline all week has centered on Bills QB Josh Allen’s elbow injury, and his uncertain status for Sunday’s game against the Vikings.
Allen was a non-participant in practice again on Thursday, and it’s looking more likely that backup Case Keenum with get the start against Minnesota.
Meanwhile, after a week in which three double-digit favorites all failed to cover, NFL Week 10 odds feature the Eagles as the only big chalk on the betting board.
The MNF matchup opened Philadelphia -10.5 over Washington at DraftKings. It’s now Eagles -11 as of Friday, Nov. 11.
The Week 10 slate also features an intriguing matchup between the Seahawks and Bucs, both winners last weekend, in the first-ever regular season game to be played in Germany.
Four teams are on a bye in Week 10: Ravens, Bengals, Patriots, and Jets.

Here are point spreads, totals, and moneylines for games on the Week 10 card.
NFL Week 10 Lines
Here’s a game-by-game look at NFL Week 10 betting odds via DraftKings, which are current as of Friday, Nov. 11.
Vikings at Bills (-3.5, 43.5)
The Bills opened -7.5 here but the line swung a full four points in favor of Minnesota on the news of Allen’s elbow injury. If Buffalo (6-2) loses, there’s a good chance it will no longer be the AFC East’s solo leader. The Dolphins (6-3) face the Cleveland Browns at home on Sunday.

Seahawks at Buccaneers (-2.5, 44.5) — Munich, Germany
This line opened Tampa Bay -1 and bettors have pushed it to Bucs -2.5. Much has been made of Tom Brady’s performances overseas, but the Bucs are still in offensive disarray.
Seattle brings a balanced offense behind QB Geno Smith, RB Kenneth Walker III, and WRs DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett. Walker has seven rushing TDs in his last five games. The Bucs have three all season.
Love Seattle outright in this one across the pond.

Lions at Bears (-2.5, 48.5)
No movement here on the spread. After the Bears started the season as one of the NFL’s lowest scoring teams, four of Chicago’s last five games have gone Over.
Jaguars at Chiefs (-9, 51)
For all their greatness, the Chiefs are 0-4 ATS at home this season. This line ticked toward the road dog after opening Kansas City -9.5.
Browns at Dolphins (-3.5, 49.5)
Since the return of Tua, the Dolphins have reeled off three straight wins. Miami can grab a share of the AFC East division lead with a win over the Browns and a loss by the Bills.

Cowboys (-4.5, 42.5) at Packers
Green Bay is 8-1 straight-up over Dallas in the last nine meetings between these two teams. But the Packers are in disarray and the Cowboys are 6-1 ATS in their last seven tilts.
Cardinals at Rams (-1.5, 40.5)
An NFC West battle between struggling three-win teams here. The Rams opened -3 but bettors are showing little faith in the defending Super Bowl champions.
Chargers at 49ers (-7, 45.5)
It sure feels like San Francisco is poised to make a run coming off its bye week at 4-4. The 49ers are 6-1 ATS in their last seven home games.
Commanders at Eagles (-11, 44) — Monday
Home favorites have been a losing proposition this season, covering at a clip of just 42.1%. Philadelphia’s performances at home fly in the face of that league trend. The Eagles are 4-0 ATS at Lincoln Financial Field. But Philadelphia (-14) did fail to cover in last week’s 29-17 win at Houston.
The Rest of NFL Week 10 Games
Texans at Giants (-4.5, 41)
Bettors have backed the Texans during the week after this opened at Giants -7. Saquon Barkley should feast against Houston’s porous run defense here.
Colts at Raiders (-4.5, 40.5)
Las Vegas has struggled mightily, but this might be a prime time to buy low on the Raiders. Las Vegas opened -6.
Saints (-1.5, 40) at Steelers
The Under has hit in six of Pittsburgh’s last seven home games.
Broncos at Titans (-2.5, 40)
Another prime candidate to go Under here based on trends. The total has gone Under in seven of Denver’s last eight games — and in Tennessee’s last five tilts.
