Here’s a game-by-game look at Week 12 betting lines, which opened at DraftKings on Nov. 20.
Thanksgiving Day Games
Bills (-9.5, 54) vs. Lions
The Lions have now won and covered three straight games heading into their Turkey Day matchup with the Bills. This is the biggest total on the Week 12 slate. Detroit has gone 5-1 to the Over in its last six home games.

Giants vs. Cowboys (-8.5, 44.5)
New York will try to avenge its 23-16 home loss to the Cowboys in Week 3. The Cowboys have won five straight games against the Giants, and 10 of the last 11 in the series.
Patriots vs. Vikings (-3, 41.5)
The Vikings were the talk of the NFL after their big win at Buffalo. Dallas brought Minnesota back to earth with a 40-3 beatdown yesterday. The Patriots are riding a 6-1 streak of covering ATS.

Sunday’s Games
Broncos (-2.5, 35) vs. Panthers
Lowest total on the Week 12 betting board here. These two teams rarely play each other. Denver is 6-1 ATS vs. Carolina including a 24-10 victory in the Super Bowl back in 2016.
Bucs (-3, 44) vs. Browns
Have the Bucs actually righted the ship? We’ll find out more in this matchup against the Browns coming off a bye week. Tampa Bay rushed for a season-best 161 yards in its 21-16 win over Seattle in Germany. The only other time the Bucs eclipsed more than 100 yards on the ground came in the season-opening 19-3 win at Dallas.
Ravens (-4, 45.5) vs. Jaguars
The Ravens have been road warriors with a 4-1 ATS record this season through Week 10. Consider a bet on the Under here. Baltimore has cashed it in six of its last seven games, and Jacksonville’s last five home games have gone Under.
Texans vs. Dolphins (-12, 46)
AFC East leader Miami (7-3) has won all seven games that QB Tua Tagovailoa started and finished. The Dolphins are coming off a bye to face Houston, which is in line for the No. 1 pick in the draft at 1-8-1.
Bears vs. Jets (-4, 44)
The Jets are bidding to make their first appearance in the playoffs since 2010. DraftKings was dealing the Jets at +120 to make the playoffs and -145 to miss the postseason as of this update.
Bengals (-1.5, 43) vs. Titans
The Bengals did not place WR Ja’Marr Chase on injured reserve after his hip injury. He would have missed this game on IR, but Chase could be back for this crucial contest.

Falcons vs. Commanders (-3.5, 43)
Taylor Heinicke is now 4-1 after taking over for Carson Wentz. He’s officially QB1 for the Commanders now. Washington has been a boon for bettors recently going 5-0-1 ATS in its last six tilts.
Chargers (-3, 47.5) vs. Cardinals
The Chargers have been making bettors mucho dinero in road games this year. LA is 5-0 in road tilts.
Raiders vs. Seahawks (-4, 47)
Seattle will be coming off a bye after its 21-16 loss to Tampa Bay in Germany. The 12th man has helped the Seahawks to a 3-1 home record and ATS this season.
Rams vs. Chiefs (-14, 44)
Here’s the biggest spread on the Week 12 betting board. WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) is on injured reserve and will miss this game. The Rams really could have used him in an effort to keep up with Patrick Mahomes & Co. The Chiefs lead the NFL in scoring with 30 points per game.
Saints vs. 49ers (-8, 42)
This seems like a big number, but San Francisco’s top-rated defense has helped it go 2-1 in the role of home favorite this season. The 49ers (+700) are now the fourth betting favorite to win Super Bowl 57 at DraftKings.
Packers vs. Eagles (-6.5, 45)
Philadelphia was also a 6.5-point favorite on the road at Indy yesterday. The Eagles escaped with a 1-point win after Jalen Hurts scampered for a late TD. Aside from Christian Watson scoring five TDs in Green Bay’s last two games, there’s not a lot of positivity around the Packers these days.
Monday Night Football
Steelers vs. Colts (-3, 39.5)
Fun fact: Indy had lost three straight games and failed to cover in all of them before Jeff Saturday took over as head coach. Despite yesterday’s 17-16 loss to the Eagles, the Colts are now 2-0 ATS with Saturday at the helm.
