The San Francisco 49ers will face the Tennessee Titans in a pivotal Week 16 game that has playoff implications for both teams.

San Francisco (7-6, 6-7 ATS) is primed for a potential playoff run after winning and covering four of its last five games. The Titans (9-4, 8-5 ATS) have a two-game lead over the Colts in the AFC South. Tennessee snapped a two-game losing streak with a 20-0 win over the Jags on Sunday.
