Our friends at bet365 have revealed the most popular NFL moneyline bets for the final week of the regular season.
This is one of the most difficult weeks to handicap from a spread perspective. Teams will have varying degrees of motivation depending on their potential to make the playoffs. Some teams, of course, have been eliminated. Others have clinched a playoff berth, but could land a higher seed with a win on Sunday.
It should come as no surprise that this week’s favorite moneyline bets involve games with clear playoff implications and highly motivated teams. Here’s a look at bet365’s top NFL moneyline bets in Week 18.

bet365’s Top NFL Moneyline Bets for Week 18
Eagles (-900) over Giants
The cost here is prohibitive, but there’s no denying that Philadelphia has everything to play for in Week 18. Not only will the Eagles clinch the NFC East division title with a win, they’ll also capture the NFC’s No. 1 playoff seed. That comes with a bye week for QB Jalen Hurts (shoulder) to fully recover and home-field advantage until the Super Bowl.

There’s also little motivation for New York to risk playing RB Saquon Barkley and other top performers. The Giants are locked into the No. 6 seed in the NFC.
These two teams met last month and the Eagles smoked the Giants, 48-22. Given all that, there’s little wonder that this game features the biggest spread on the Week 18 betting board (along with Cardinals vs. 49ers). bet365 is dealing Philadelphia -14.
The Eagles are among the most logical NFL moneyline bets in Week 18, but you’ll have to pay for the privilege.
Saturday’s Games: Titans vs. Jaguars odds, prediction | Chiefs vs. Raiders odds, prediction
Bengals (-320) over Ravens
Cincinnati captured the AFC North after the NFL declared its MNF game against Buffalo a “no contest” that won’t be resumed. The Bengals can’t take the AFC’s top seed, but there is added incentive to beat Baltimore on Sunday.
If the Ravens win, there’s a good chance they would face the Bengals in the wildcard round. Despite winning their second straight AFC North title, Cincinnati would be at the mercy of a coin flip as to where that game would be played. Why? The Bengals have played one less game than the Ravens.
There’s also the matter of payback to consider. Baltimore dealt Cincinnati a 19-17 defeat back in October after Justin Tucker’s last-second field goal.
Fun fact: The Bengals are 9-1 SU and ATS in their last 10 games since that loss.
Sunday’s Top Tilts: Cowboys vs. Commanders odds, prediction | Giants vs. Eagles odds, prediction | Lions vs. Packers odds
Jaguars (-270) over Titans
The Jaguars picked a great time to play their best football of the season. Jacksonville is 5-1 SU and ATS in its last six games including a 36-22 road win at Tennessee.
The Titans are heading fast in the opposite direction. Tennessee has lost its last six games and squandered what seemed like an insurmountable lead in the AFC South.
Now it faces the daunting task of going on the road and beating Jacksonville…with Joshua Dobbs starting at quarterback. The good news for the Titans is RB Derrick Henry (hip) has been removed from the injury report. Tennessee will need to ride a big performance from King Henry if it has any hope of winning its second straight AFC South title.
This is another top choice among NFL moneyline bets in Week 18.
Packers (-225) over Lions
The shine on this SNF game will be gone if the Seahawks (8-8) beat the Rams earlier on Sunday. The Seahawks own the potential tiebreaker over the Lions (8-8) after beating them in a wild 48-45 affair in October.
Meanwhile, the Packers (8-8) are again making another improbable run to the postseason. The recipe for Green Bay is now simple: Beat Detroit on Sunday night and the Packers are in the playoffs.
You have to believe Aaron Rodgers & Co. will find a way, but don’t dismiss Detroit’s chances altogether. The Lions are 7-2 SU and 8-1 ATS in their last nine games.
