The Cowboys are 3.5-point road favorites on most oddsboards for their Week 6 game at the Patriots, as early betting action pushed the line up from an opener of -2.5. In fact, last week’s look-ahead number was just Dallas -1.

Dallas continued to roll in Week 5, handling the Giants 44-20 for its fourth straight win. The Cowboys are a bankroll-building 5-0 against the spread, and their only loss of the season came in the season opener at the Bucs.

The Patriots needed a comeback to pull out a 25-22 victory at the Texans but failed to cover as 8-point chalk.

Here’s a rundown of Week 6 point spreads and totals, with notes on some early action. Lines reflect the market consensus as of Monday morning.

NFL Week 6 odds

Thursday: Bucs (-7, 53) at Eagles

Tampa was -6.5 in advanced wagering last week, but the fresh number has stayed put through this week’s earliest action. The Bucs improved to 2-3 ATS with a 45-17 win as 11-point favorites against the Dolphins – they are 2-0 ATS when laying double digits, 0-3 when laying less. The Eagles broke a three-game losing streak with a 21-18 win at Carolina.

Dolphins (-3, 45) vs. Jaguars, in London

Another meh game from London, this one pitting a pair of teams with one win between them. The look-ahead lines of Dolphins -2.5 and 45 turned out to be a little light.

Texans at Colts (-10, 43)

This AFC South showdown, which has been priced between 9.5 (DraftKings) and 10.5 (BetMGM), features a high spread and low total. That’s sure to pique the interest of some underdog bettors.

Packers (-4.5, 45.5) at Bears

SuperBook USA opened this game Green Bay -4 before moving to -4.5 a few hours later. The -4 didn’t last long at Caesars, either.

Chiefs (-6.5, 54.5) at Washington

We’ve seen the Chiefs adjusted upward from a -5.5 look-ahead number, despite their 38-20 loss at home to Buffalo dropping them to 2-3 SU and 1-4 ATS on the season and an Eagles win in Carolina. Dating back to last season, Kansas City is on a disheartening 3-13 run against the number.

Vikings at Panthers (-1, 47)

While the SuperBook moved from Minnesota -1.5 to pick ‘em Sunday night, most bet shops are dealing Carolina as the slightest home chalk.

Chargers at Ravens (-3, 50.5)

Early bettors grabbed Chargers +3.5 on Monday, before the Ravens’ 31-25 overtime win against the Colts on MNF.  The Chargers cashed for a third week in a row with a 47-42 win as 2.5-point faves over the Browns and are 4-1 ATS on the year.

Bengals (-3.5, 48) at Lions

3.5 seems to be the right number, as it’s been unchanged since advanced wagering last week.

Rams (-10.5, 47) at Giants

The Giants lost their three primary offensive weapons – Daniel Jones, Saquon Barkley, and Kenny Golladay – in their loss to the Cowboys, obviously influencing the moves from the -6.5 and 50 look-ahead odds. In fact, even the SuperBook’s opener of -10 proved too cheap.

Cardinals at Browns (-3 even, 54)

In one of the more intriguing games on the Week 6 card, Arizona drew early interest at +3. Most shops are dealing Cleveland -3 (even), and Caesars went -2 (-120). The Cardinals are the NFL’s only undefeated team through five weeks.

Raiders at Broncos (-3, 44.5)

WynnBET and BetMGM are asking for a little more juice (-115) on the favorite in this AFC West showdown. These teams’ early seasons have followed a similar trajectory – both have lost two in a row after starting the season 3-0.

Cowboys (-3.5, 48) at Patriots

The Pats are 4-1 to the UNDER after their first OVER of the season, Sunday’s narrow victory in Houston (39.5). OVER bettors have cashed in four of five Dallas games, though, and should this number stick, it will be the lowest total the Cowboys have seen all year.

Seahawks at Steelers (-4.5, 43.5)

As Geno Smith replaces Russell Wilson in Seattle, the Seahawks have been adjusted from 2.5-point favorites last week to substantial underdogs, and the total was cut from a look-ahead number of 48.

Monday: Bills (-4.5, 54.5) at Titans

The SuperBook moved from a -3.5 opener to -4.5 after another impressive Buffalo showing Sunday night at the Chiefs. The Bills are red hot, reeling off four straight wins and covers.

Bye weeks: Falcons, Jets, Saints, 49ers
