Consensus Picks

Bookies Battle consensus picks plodded to a 7-7 performance in NFL Week 6, continuing a middling season for the popular contest selections. Consensus picks are 45-46-3 heading into Week 7.

Bengals -2 (at Saints) and Chargers -5 (vs. Broncos) tied as the top consensus picks last week. Cincinnati got there when a 60-yard touchdown pass from Joe Burrow to Ja’Marr Chase with just over two minutes remaining gave the Bengals a 30-26 lead they wouldn’t relinquish.

On Monday night, though, Los Angeles’ 16-13 overtime win wasn’t enough to cover the spread for 70% of Bookies Battle contestants. This play was on the wrong side of the line move, with the point spread closing between LAC -3.5 and -4.
