Los Angeles led about 90% of the game before Jamal Murray and Michael Porter Jr. took over, securing a Denver victory. This should be a great game, and you can make it even more exciting with a Nuggets vs. Lakers Game 3 same-game parlay.

West Finals: Nuggets vs. Lakers Game 3 odds & predictions
Same-Game Parlay For Nuggets vs. Lakers Game 3
- Anthony Davis Over 24.5 Points
- LeBron James Over 7.5 Rebounds
- Austin Reaves 3+ Made Threes
SGP odds: +650 via DraftKings Sportsbook
Anthony Davis Over 24.5 Points
Anthony Davis had a tough Game 2 in this series, but he is still an overwhelming threat in the middle, and he was able to put up 18 points on just four made shots. In Game 1, he could do practically whatever he wanted, as he had 40 points and controlled the paint very well.
However, in Game 2, the Nuggets had Nikola Jokic attached to Davis’ hip the entire game. This opened up the floor for Los Angeles, and they had a lot of success early on, but a late-game collapse now has the Lakers down 0-2.
Davis has been Mr. Inconsistent throughout the playoffs, and he only scores 20.6 points per game at home. However, the offense runs through Davis, and he has the most minutes, attempts, and points in this series. Davis has exceeded the number in both Game 3s he has played in the playoffs. While this series is a little more challenging, considering Denver has a true center, Davis already has a 40-point performance against Denver.
There will be fewer offensive rebound opportunities, but with Davis taking 19 shots per game, that gives us plenty of opportunity to go over this number, especially considering he is also averaging 11 free throw attempts against the Nuggets.

LeBron James Over 7.5 Assists
For the first time in his career, LeBron James‘ age showed in Game 2, with careless threes, missed layups/dunks, and just an overall lack of greatness. This is not to say LeBron is bad. That is far from the case. But James is ice-cold from three in the playoffs, and he only attempts 17.5 shots per night.
Instead of being the do-it-all presence that he has been throughout this career, LeBron has taken a step back and let the Lakers’ depth carry this team. He still has a 25.9% usage rate in the postseason, which is significantly down from his career average of 31.4%.
In this series, LeBron is averaging 10.5 rebounds and 9.5 assists per game, and with the offense running through Davis, that means LeBron will take fewer shots. Throughout the entire postseason, LeBron is only dishing out 6.0 assists per game, but with how cold he has been shooting the ball, look for him to make the extra passes he usually would not make.
LeBron is an all-time great at two things:
- Scoring
- Passing
When option one is not working, you turn to Option 2, and he has against the Nuggets.
Austin Reaves 3+ Made Threes
Austin Reaves has had a big second year with the Lakers, as he finished the regular season averaging 13 points and 3.4 assists per game on 53% shooting from the field and 39.8% from beyond the arc. In the playoffs, he has taken his game to another level, as he is shooting 43.2% from deep and making 2.9 threes per game.
Reaves is shooting 50% from three in this series, making five threes in both games. Ever since that half-court buzzer-beater in Game 6 against the Warriors, Reaves has been scorching hot, and he has hit this number in five-straight games, shooting 57.1% in that period.
With LeBron’s struggles from three and players like D’Angelo Russell and Dennis Schröder not really offering anything offensively for the Lakers, Reaves has been huge for this team, and they will need him again.
Even if he does not keep up with the same level of production he has had over the last two weeks, Reaves is a good enough three-point shooter that getting this prop at plus value is well worth a play and can really juice up your Nuggets vs. Lakers same-game parlay.
