Betting Favorites To Win The Masters
Scheffler and Mcllroy share the best odds to win the 2023 Masters at DraftKings, but Scheffler is the favorite across most sports betting platforms. Behind them are Jon Rahm (+900) and Jordan Spieth (+1600), both of whom, along with Mcllroy, are seeking their first Green Jacket.
Scottie Scheffler (+700, DraftKings)
Scheffler looks to become the first Masters champion to go back-to-back since Tiger Woods in 2001 and 2002. The No. 1 ranked golfer in the world has made seven-consecutive cuts and has made the top 10 in four straight major championships.
While he only has one major win, it came at this course, and since his victory, he has taken his game to another level, gaining almost one stroke per round coming into this year’s Masters compared to last year.
Rory Mcllroy (+750, Caesars)
McIlroy has done it all in this sport except win The Masters. That is the only obstacle left standing for McIlroy to achieve the career grand slam, which means winning all the major tournaments.
While he is still searching for his first Green Jacket, he has finished in the top 10 in nine of the last 10 years, and he even made a surprise surge to second last year on Masters’ Sunday, but it was not enough to knock off Scheffler.
At 33, McIlroy is only a few years older than his leading competitors at the 2023 Masters, and he can cement his status as one of the best of all time with a win at Augusta.
Jon Rahm (+950, FanDuel)
Despite having a difficult time at Augusta last year and not finishing higher than fourth in his career, Rahm comes in with some of the shortest odds to win the Masters.
He finished T-27 last year after four straight-top 10 finishes, but he is one of the hottest golfers on the planet, winning the Genesis Invitational, the American Express Desert Classic, and the Sentry Tournament of Champions just in 2023 alone.
A Green Jacket would put him in the same class as Scheffler, and it could come down to those two on Sunday, as Rahm is playing some great golf right now, and Scheffler is the defending champion.

Top Contenders at Augusta
Even though these golfers have longer odds than the top of the field, there are some familiar names with tempting odds, including Jordan Speith (+1600), Patrick Cantlay (+1600), and Justin Thomas (+2000).
Jordan Speith (+1800, BetMGM)
Speith won the 2015 Masters, beating out Phil Mickelson and Justin Rose by four strokes. In his Masters’ career, he has made the cut eight out of nine times, has two runner-ups, and has finished in third twice.
While he does not have a PGA Tour victory since April 2022, Speith finished T-3 at the Valspar Championship, and with his odds set at 16/1, he might be worth a play here, especially given his track record at this course.
