Maiden fillies and mares go six furlongs. No. 2 Miss Stormy D gets her 7th start but first on the dirt. No. 3 Exchange West is in from Florida and lands in the Jerry Hollendorfer barn and gets Prat up. No. 4 Sunny Dale is the stablemate of Exchange West and just missed here last out. No. 6 Miss Tokyo exits the same last race as Miss Stormy D. 2-3-4-6

THE $100K GRADE 3 CECIL S DEMILLE AT A MILE ON THE GRASS FOR 2YO

No. 2 Encoder gets back to a mile after sprinting in the BC Juvenile Turf. No. 1 Hit the Road exits the Grade 1 BC Juvenile turf. 2-1

Race 4

$62,500 optional runners go 6 ½ furlongs. No. 2 Much Better is back in town after trying Grade 1 runners in New York, he will look to take this group wire-to-wire. 2***

Race 5

THE $200K GRADE 2 HOLLYWOOD TURF CUP AT 1 ½ ON THE GRASS

No. 3 Zestful is the speed and will take them as far as he can as he looks to turn the tables on No. 8 Itsinthepost who beat him on the line last out. No. 6 Cleopatra’s Strike comes off a nice win going 1 ¾ on the Santa Anita grass in the Grade 2 John Henry. No. 10 United never runs a bad race and won here on the grass in his only try. 3-8-6-10

Race 6

$12,500 fillies and mares travel a mile on the main. No. 4 Tiz Toffee drops a notch and will show all of her early speed in this spot. No. 6 Big Base gets her first start off the Peter Miller claim. 4-6

Race 7

THE $300K GRADE 1 MATRIARCH AT A MILE ON THE GRASS FOR FILLIES AND MARES

Chad Brown brings in No. 3 Significant Form with J R riding as this filly looks for her 4th win in her last five races. No. 5 Toinette is in top form and is looking for her 8 win in her 11 starts. Trainer Mark Casse brings in No. 7 Got Stormy off of back to back seconds in Grade 1 races, her last in the BC Mile. Brad Cox brings in No. 11 Juliet Foxtrot who has never been worst than second in her five stateside races with three wins and two seconds. 3-5-7-11

Race 8

Cal bred maiden 2yo travel 5 ½ furlongs. Paco Lopez gets on No. 6 Summer Fire for Robert B. Hess. Florent Geroux gets on No. 10 Coalinga Road a first time starter for Carla Gaines who looks very live. No. 4 Chipper gets back to where he belongs after trying $200k runners last out and Prat will ride today. 6-10-4

Race 9 

$40k optional runners go five furlongs on the grass. In these type of races the first thing we look for is Peter Miller and he sends out No. 7 BLACKOUT with Prat jumping on today. This 6yo gelding ran second going 5 ½ furlongs last out on the Santa Anita grass. Miller also sends out No. 10 Stop the Violence with Paco getting the leg up. This 4yo gelding owns two wins here sprinting on the five furlong turf course and gets a turnback in distance after going a mile on the grass her on November 10th. He will be our play and we will also make the exacta box using both of Peter Millers runners.
