Race 1
$40K optional claimer for fillies and mares going five furlongs on the grass. No. 2 Road Rager comes off a very troubled trip last out at this level and distance on the turf. Look for jockey Umberto Rispoli to get the clean trip today and the win. No. 5 Rakassah exits the same race as Road Rager as we look to run 1-2. 2**-5
Race 2
California bred 2-year-old maiden fillies go 5 1/2 furlongs. No. 4 Mucha Woman gets a big jockey upgrade to Flavien Prat off a real good last work. No. 6 Big Mama Sue and the likely favorite No. 5 Stars of Bluegrass both exit the same last race as Mucha Woman as we see a nice Q box. 4*-6*-5*
Race 3
Maiden 2-year-olds go five furlongs on the grass. No. 1 Run Snappy is by Runhappy and Run Snappy has been working like a runner. No. 2 Hot Rod Charlie was bet like a good thing first out but could only muster a fourth-place finish. Jockey Mike Smith gets on first-time starter No. 8 Ghoster who looks like a runner. 1-2-8
Race 4
$16K fillies and mares travel a flat mile. No. 2 Avalon Ride broke her maiden at this mile distance right on this course last year. Jockey Flavien Prat jumps on No. 5 Operatic who ships in from Kentucky for trainer Bob Hess Jr. No. 8 Destiny’s Journey just went wire-to-wire going a flat mile. 2-5-8
Race 5
$62,500 optional claimer for fillies and mares traveling a mile on the turf. No. 4 Strike At Dawn will get a fast early pace to make her late run. No. 3 Raymundos Secret looks live off the layoff. No. 5 Ellie Arroway exits the same race as Strike At Dawn. 1-3-5

Race 9
California bred $20K optional claimers travel 1 1/16 miles on the grass. No. 4 Sea of Liberty has the hot jockey and trainer combo of Umberto Rispoli riding for trainer John Sadler. No. 6 Whopping Jay just missed last out in the $125K California Dreaming and looks the one to beat. No. 8 Golden Doughnut gets jockey Mike Smith sticking around to ride the last race and he exits the same race as Sea of Liberty. No. 7 Jetovator also exits the race and is a must use. 4-6-8-7
