Gulfstream Rainbow Pick 6 analysis

Race 7

Allowance 3-year-old fillies go five furlongs on the grass. No. 1 American Tap was last seen breaking her maiden at Woodbine last October for trainer Mark Casse with Tyler Gaffalione getting the leg up today. She looks ready. No. 3 Fast Scene also comes off the layoff and was one very fast 2-year-old. No. 5 Foolish Humor gets her second start off the layoff for trainer Wesley Ward. 1-3-5

Race 8

$16K claimers go six furlongs. No. 5 Louie’s Kingdom will show all of his early speed with the move back to six furlongs on the dirt and big class drop. We will single and look for him to wire this field.

Race 9

In the $75K Sunshine Forever traveling 1 1/16 miles on the grass we like the blinkers off on No. 3 El Tormenta in this his second off the layoff. No. 6 Halladay is the speed and a perfect 2-for-2 here on the grass. No. 9 Social Paranoia comes off a big win here first off the layoff and is also 2-for-2 on the turf. Jockey Joel Rosario is reunited with No. 11 Admission Office and that makes him a must-use. 3-6-9-11

Race 10

$25K optional claimers travel a flat mile on the grass. No. 3 Sublime Appeal just missed one race back at this level and distance on the grass. Irad Ortiz Jr gets the leg up on No. 6 Battle of Blenheim on the drop and bullet work. No. 9 Honey Won’t will go much better today with jockey Luis Saez in the irons today. 3-6-9

Race 11

Florida bred $16K optional claimers go six furlongs. This race looks set up for a closer. No. 5 R Mercedes Boy will sit off the hot pace and make one run down the lane. No. 8 Cryogenic gets off the grass and will look to get the first run. 5-8

Race 12

$10K optional claimers travel a flat mile. No. 2 Trappezoid comes off a good effort at this level and distance. No. 10 Starship Apollo is very consistent for this level and looks the one to beat at a good price. 10**-2
