HOLLYWOOD PARK

Race 1

No. 1, Saint Spot, looks best in here but will be a short price
and has Solis on the rail a place he just does not want to be, so there could be
some trouble. Bejarano gets back on No. 3, Lunch Time, and the only other time
he rode him resulted in a win, he also has great stats with trainer Kathy Walsh.
1-3

Race 2

If No. 4, Silver Z, can clear early she will be gone before they
know what happened. Jockey Bejarano has a shot at the double as he jumps aboard
the Bobby Frankel trained No. 5 Down who will be making a big late run. 4-5

Race 3

There are eight horses lined up to run in this 20k claimer and
all eight have a shot. We will just take a shot with two horses that ran
together last time out, No. 3 Sandita who gets a big rider upgrade to Flores and
No. 4, Byjohn, who beat Sandita last time out, look for Sandita to turn the
tables today. 3-4

Race 4

Trainer Peter Miller brings back No. 4, Carson’s Copper, who
has not been seen since his 2yo season when he did run some nice races, he fits
with these. No. 7, Earlfromoklahoma, drops into an action spot and this trainer
and jockey combo of Monteleone/Espinoza has been deadly. No. 9 Dunlap ships in
from Turf Paradise where he was trained by top guy Kevin Lewis and now shows his
face here for trainer Jeff Mullins and gets blinkers added to the equipment,
this one is live and gets a great post. 4-7-9

Key Play

$4 exacta box 4-7-9 for $24

$1 tri box 4-7-9 for $6

Race 5

Fillies and Mares going a flat mile on the Hollywood grass,
these can be very tough as evidenced by No. 3, Mark Set Go, who never ran a step
last time out, look for a big rebound today. No. 4, Angeletta, finished in front
of Mark Set Go in their last common race and should be right there again today
and her best race was at this distance at this flat mile at Hollywood Park in
October. No. 6, Bye Bye Ladies, is another Turf Paradise shipper that lands in
the Mullins Barn, this time sent here by another top gun at Tup, Troy Bainum.
This 6yo Mare is a win machine and has finished in the money eleven out of
thirteen tries going a flat mile on the grass. 3-4-6

Key Play

$4 exacta box 3-4-6 for $24

$1 tri box 3-4-6 for $6

$20 win No. 6 for $20

Race 6

No. 2, Carmens Excess, looks ready for graduation in her second
start for Walsh. No. 3, Russian Liquor, and No. 4, Adhere, exit the same race
and could round out the exacta and trifecta. The main danger will come from the
sixteen time loser No. 8 High Investment who is always there but just cant seem
to find the winners circle. We will use all four and key on the two Carmens
Excess. 2-3-4-8

Key Play

$10 key Q 3 with 2-4-8 for $30

Race 7

No. 3, Kazamira, makes her first try on the grass and is bred in
the purple for the green. No. 8 Snow Delicious ran big here on the grass winning
at this distance in a fast time and gets her first start off the Jerry
Hollendorfer claim, Jerry is hitting at .31% first off the claim. 3-8

Race 8

For $40k maiden 2yo fillies, put some numbers in a hat a pick
some. No. 8, Chu Shy Shy, is a first timer out of the Adam Kitchingman barn and
he can pop with these at a 29% clip and the gunner Martin Pedroza rides. No. 10,
Soup Deeohdouble G, gets dropped and blinders for her second start. 8-10

GOLDEN GATE FIELDS

Race 1

This one looks like top and bottom as we have No. 1 Gone
Californian shipping in from the Hollywood cushion track off a nice win and the
John Martin claim and No. 6 Kiki’s Dance who drops form 16k to 8k as
Hollendorfer tries to dump and get a win. 1-6

Race 2

In here the main contenders No. 2, High Solids, and No. 3,
Wanted, exit the same affair along with No. 5, Jehovah Jireh. 2-3-5

Race 3

In here No. 5, Dancin Candy, found new life on this poly track
with three wins and two seconds from six starts, he gets back on the poly after
a bad run in March on the Bay Meadows dirt. 5

Race 4

No. 1, Appraisal, tries the turf for the first time and if able
to transfer his good dirt form he will be dangerous. No. 6, My Huckleberry, the
likely favorite showed high speed on a straight maiden turf race and is now
dropped for the money run. No. 9, Metal Marble, is stretched out and tries grass
both for the first time but has good grass breeding and must may be looking at a
big run. 1-6-9

Race 5

There are three horses in here that exit the same race and those
are the main three, No. 4 T.J.’s Express gets back to the Gate and the poly
track where he ran his best lifetime race in December and Baze takes the ride,
all systems are go! No. 6 Kaianagandaia beat T J last time but that was on the
Bay Meadows dirt. Long shot No. 7 Heaven’s Roar ran behind both last time but
could be sitting chilly at 12/1 behind the pace and run them down at the wire.
4-6-7

Key Play

$10 Q 4 with 6-7 for $20

$2 exacta box 4-6-7

$1 tri box 4-6-7 for $6

$1 tri key 4 with 6-7 with all for $12

Race 6

No. 3, Gold Category, gets a jump in class and is stretched out
on the grass by trainer Gloria Buckridge, she also puts R Baze in the irons and
that is usually a go for her. No. 5, Stanford Gold, the other gold in the race
comes in from down South for the red hot Hess barn and looks live. The horse to
beat in here will be No. 7, Dry Man’s Gulch, who had a horrible trip last time
out but will go much better today. 3-5-7

Race 7

There is a lot of speed lined up for this mile race so we will
go with the two closers No. 3, Desert Sea, who ran his best race on the poly at
this distance in a winning effort last January and No. 4 Running Rich who should
be legged up after two races on the Bay Meadows grass. 3-4

Race 8

I would take a shot and single No. 5 Augment in the picks as
this one just has the looks of a horse sitting on a huge effort. 5

Key Play

$1 late pick four for $18

Race 5: 4-6-1

Race 6: 3-5-7

Race 7: 3-4

Race 8: 5
