Race 1

No. 2 Malibu Canyon likes this course and comes off a nice win with Tyler Baze, he will get a good stalking trip and will be hard to beat. No. 3 Trail Mix is a win machine speed ball; this 9yo gelding takes a big drop in class and will be very hard to run down. 2-3

Race 2

We will use a speed horses and two closers in the second race, No. 1 Allie Wolff is a speed ball trained by Carla Gaines who also trains Malibu Canyon in the first race; she will try and take down the early double. No. 3 Singitnsignit and No. 5 Lucy Got Lucky will be the two that will try and run Allie Down. 1-3-5

Key Play

The third is scheduled to go down the hill on the grass but with more rain in the forecast it most likely will come off the turf, if so we like No. 7 Spirit Of Cochise; if it stays on the grass we will go with No. 2 Noblety who has never been off the board in five starts on this course with two wins a second and two thirds. No. 10 Crossing The Line is a main players turf or pro ride. 2 (turf only) 7 (pro ride only) 10 (turf or pro ride).

Race 4

No. 4 Abalanche is wheeled back in just five days off the Doug O’Neill claim; O’Neill who also retained part ownership must like what he bought as he jumps him up a notch. 4

Race 6

No. 3 If You Knew Susie exits our HTW list and is a filly on the improve; she is sitting on the maiden breaker and the price will be a good one. No. 5 Warrens Matachmaker has a shot to give trainer Van Berg a much needed win and these Warren horses have been winning like clock work of late. No. 7 Lana’s Lovely looks to be the speed of the race, if she clears early she could be long gone. 3-5-7
