Race 1

Just another five horse Los Al field to start off the pick five. No. 1 Rockin Rhythm gets off the grass and back to the dirt where she has a win and two seconds from three dirt starts. No. 3 Luvuryan exits a key race and the drop to this level makes her a danger. No. 5 Amberella has been well bet on all of her starts and the trainer D’Amato has been sending out nothing but live runners. 1-3-5

Race 2

$20k maidens travel 5-1/2 furlongs, No. 3 Starship Ekati is the hunch play of the day with the new Star Wars movie opening, he has good early speed and a nice last work. No. 5 Kronwall will be right on his tail and is the one to beat. 3-5

Race 3

No. 1 Selection comes off a real nice try here on the 4th and he gets the leading man on today. No. 6 Yoked just did get beat in his first try at this level last out at Del Mar. No. 7 Magic Moon gets stretched back out off a bullet work. 1-6-7

Exacta box 1-6-7

Race 4

$30k 2yo maiden fillies go a flat mile, No. 1 Cordiality ran her best race going 7 furlongs one race back at this $30k level when Ty Kennedy was aboard and he gets back on today. No. 6 Gone to Bali drops in with maiden claimers for the first time and will wake up. No. 10 Juju’s Mojo will need the perfect trip form this post but the other bug boy Lopez ops for this filly over Cordiality who he was on last time out.

Race 5

The bottom line in this mile race for $8k claimers is that no one can win. There are three ways to go, hit the all button, pass or take a shot with No. 4 Blackford on the drop. All-pass or No. 4

Race 6

2yo maiden fillies go 6 furlongs, No. 1 Spread the Joy was flying late in her last start just missing by a dwindling half a length. No. 4 Dancing Sunset exits the same race, she was second by a neck. No. 12 Hurricaine Callie also exits the race and she was 1-3/4 behind and now gets Santiago Gonzalez in the irons and he really knows how to get around this course. 1-4-12

Race 7

No. 7 Rockin Dorita goes 5-1/2 furlongs and that will suit her. No. 9 Alwazabridesmaid is very live off the layoff for Hollendorfer. 7-9

Race 8

In this $8k claiming race No. 2 Royal Alexei is out of the sneaky Quinn Howey barn and is a must use. No. 3 Mr. Zippers comes off a nice win here on the 4th. No. 4 Swiss Cheese is in top form and never puts in a bad effort. No. 6 Mr. Itkins has hit the board in all three of his starts here. 2-3-4-6
