No. 8 Rim Nick exits our HTW list as a $$$$$ play, he has a great last work and will try the grass. No. 12 Clear the Way gets a great post and will go much better today and that last work says he will run big. 3-8-12

No. 1 Big Cazanova will be out winging from the rail. No. 3 Prospect Park makes his 4yo debut, he was mighty tough last year. No. 5 Midnight Hawk gets his second off the layoff and will go much better today. 1-3-5

Race 4

No. 3 Sooner Time has finished second in her last two starts, she gets a little drop and that could do the trick, Iggy and Aguirre hook up with the speedy No. 5 Wilannamoon who will be gunning from the bell. No. 9 Hail Mary Play comes back to town from the Gate and fits with these. 3-5-9

Race 5

20k maiden fillies and mares 4yo and up go 6-1/2 furlongs. No. 1 Ryderroo is a 15 time loser but 14 of those 15 were with tougher, she gets her second start off the long layoff. No. 2 Rockport Dancer gets her second start at this level. No. 8 Sweeter Thancandy is a 13 time loser, she gets her third start at this level and ran second both times in her previous two. No. 9 Warren’s Honey Bee woke up in her last start when David Lopez got on and he is back today. 1-2-8-9

Race 6

They go 1-1/2 miles on the grass. No. 2 Dylan Ward exits our HTW list off the maiden breaker in start No. 12 when running as a first-time gelding, he is all business now. No. 8 Malko gets his second start in the states and will have no problem getting the distance. 2-8

Race 7

No. 1 Perfect Set looks perfectly spotted by Hollendorfer. No. 4 Ain’t Misbehavin is in top form and may stand the raise in class, he actually was claimed for 50k back in April of last year. No. 5 Carlsbad Mountain has been a popular item at the claim box and now makes his first start off the Diodoro claim, Stewart Elliott who is looking for his first win on the West Coast gets the call, he will be the speed. 1-4-5

Race 8

They go down the hill in the 75k Sweet Life. No. 7 Jeremy’s Legacy gets her second try down the hill and comes off a solid second behind No. 8 Swift Lady. No. 9 Nodiac comes off a big win when breaking her maiden down the hill last out and could be this good. 7-8-9

Race 9

We always say beware when Bejarano rides the last race and he hops on No. 3 Gunslinger who gets off the grass. No. 4 Gambler’s Roll will be out battling on the front end. No. 9 L’s Choice will be the one to fear late. 3-4-9
