SANTA ANITA

Race 1

Love the way No. 1 Dreamologist took back last time out and rolled home for the win, she looks to have found her running style, No. 3 Pearl de Vere has run down the hill five times winner three and finishing second in the other two. 1-3

Race 2

We will use three runners exiting the same race and see if they can switch order this time around. No. 1 Fast Magoo the winner, No. 2 Aloha Ke Akua who finished second and No. 6 Funny Gal the third place finisher. 1-2-6

Double

1st 1-3

2nd 1-2-6

Race 3

No. 3 Diablo Caballero gets a needed drop in class and should be able to handle this group of $20k maiden claimers. No. 6 Anda gets his third start and he also gets a new jock. 3-6

Race 4

There is a ton of early zip lined up for this mile dirt race so we will use one speed ball and two that will be sitting off the hot pace. No. 3 Glory Bound drops in class and looks the speed of the speed. No. 5 Twirling Tiger will sit off the pace and No. 8 Afleet Domination will be launching from the back. 3-5-8

Exacta box 3-5-8

Race 5

4yo and up maiden fillies and mares go a flat mile on the grass. No. 3 Shezroxiie and No. 4 Our First Girl both exit the same good race and both exit our HTW list. No. 10 La Boheme gets her second start in the states off a big first try going 1-1/8 on the grass here back in January. 3-4-10

Race 6

No. 7 Passau drops for top connections as they look for the win. No. 10 Wise Tale is well spotted off the good maiden score. No. 11 Storming Candy gets a big drop off the $50k Davidson claim, something he usually does, we do note that Bejarano gets the call. 7-10-11

Race 7

We think trainer Bob Baffert has this race in hand as he sends out the speedy No. 2 Lemhill Basr and the closer No. 3 Treasuring, we will use both in the late pick four. 2-3

Race 8

We will take our shot here and go singling using No. 10 Aren Vaughn with Flavien Prat. This one comes off a big win going down the hill, gets a great post and should repeat. 10

Win and place 10
