Maidens go a flat mile on the grass. No. 1 Clear the Way did not like the sloppy going last time out and ran good at this mile turf distance on race back. No. 4 Atypique has finished second in his two races both on the grass, the last here at Santa Anita at this mile distance when bet down to even money. No. 7 Pappou exits the same race as Atypique, it was his first on the grass and he finished a good third.

$16k claimers go 6-1/2 furlongs. No. 1 Inspired Wisdom gets back to his correct level and will be very tough in this spot. No. 6 Born to Serve looks the speed for the dangerous Wong barn. 1-6

Down the hill the go. No. 2 Big Move comes off a nice wind down the h8ill when changing her style and coming off the pace, bet her to cash. No. 5 Our First Girl has finished second in both of her downhill tries and she gets Prat today. 2-5

No. 8 Captain Akers won his last start for a $30k price tag but had his number taken down, he gets a drop and a new jock this time around and will be hard to beat at this level. 7-8

We will go singling here using No. 7 Pulmarack who will be sitting off the hot pace in this 1- 1/16 route and blowing them away down the lane. 7

Down the hill the go once again and we will use three runners exiting the same race. No. 2 Doodetta who finished 4th beaten just 1-1/2 lengths. No. 5 Vanlose Stairway who finished 2nd by 3/4 of a length and No. 9 Pica who gets a better post and jockey today. 2-5-9
