THE $100K CRYSTAL WATER AT A MILE ON THE GRASS
No. 3 Ashleyluvssugar lands in a nice spot off the layoff and gets Bejarano. No. 4 Boozer is on a win every other race pattern and this is his win race. No. 5 Alert Bay just won the San Fran Mile on the grass and owns four wins here. 3-4-5
Race 3
There will be a fast early pace in this $16k claimer for fillies and mares. No. 5 Audra can sit off the hot pace and mow them down late, her last works says she is still fit. No. 1 Sweet Profit will go better with the big drop in class. 1-5**
Race 4
A suspect field of $20k maiden claimers go 6 furlongs. No. 5 Back Sheared Anvil tried maiden specials in his one start and now will go better with these. No. 2 Awesome Addback is the only first time starter, he is out of the dam Bonita Meadow who has dropped 5 winners from 6 starters including two stakes winners. After those two this one could pop with a boxcar winner. 2-5

In this mile turf race for allowance fillies and mares the highly regarded No. 3 La Boheme got her maiden score last out and looks set to start moving up the ladder, jockey Bejarano has ridden No. 4 West Coast Storm two times and won both times, he gets back on today. 3-4

No. 2 Clever Royal has been working a hole in the wind and gets a big jock upgrade today. No. 7 Story to Tell gets his first start off the Jacobson claim and move up in class. 2-7
Race 8
No. 2 Horizontalyspeakin drops below the claimed price but that last work was a super work. No. 9 Madikwe is the closer of the race and will be the price play, he could pop at a big price. 2-9

Stew Elliott gets another shot for Baffert on No. 1 Chasintheaces on the drops down and second off the layoff, we will single in the late pick four. 1

No. 2 Spirit World is perfectly spotted off the easy maiden score. No. 5 Clude did not like the wet track last out and will go better today with the new jock and a dry track. No. 6 Redneck Crazy drops and gets the bug boy Lindsay and big break in the weights. 2-5-6
Race 11
If La Boheme wins in the fifth race we will be all over No. 4 Sassy Ashley who exits our HTW list off a good effort behind La Boheme and the second place finisher in that race has already comeback to win next out. No. 10 Tinderella exits the same race. No. 1 Onzaway ran good in here one start and fits here.

Baze gets on No. 2 Meiji for his buddy Jerry Hollendorfer, she is out of the dam Seemingly who has dropped 3 winners from 3 starters. No. 10 I’m Passing Ya Now finished third behind Only You Babe in her first start. 1-2-10
Race 7
In this five furlong turf sprint No. 1 Hypnatique is by Scat Daddy and will love the green. No. 2 Somethings Unusual has been meeting much better at Santa Anita. No. 3 Chips All In won on this course one race back. 1-2-3
Race 8
No. 2 Miss Lori has top connections, drops and gets off the grass. No. 7 Cajun Cookin gets a big drop in class and will be hard to beat at this level. 2-7
Race 9
In this mile turf race, No. 1 Smokin’ Steve at 20/1 is a must toss in off his last. No. 3 Unbridled Fire gets Joe Crispin back in the irons and he just missed one race back. No. 5 Aventador ran a good second on the course at this level last out. No. 6 Street Maven gets a huge drop in class and a new barn. 1-3-5-6
Race 10
It took No. 1 Rojac 11 races to break his maiden, these type come back and run good again. No. 7 Vow to Be Tops also comes off the maiden win and fits here. No. 9 Compratore has run good in both of his starts here. 1-7-9
Race 11
The pick six ends with $20k maiden claimers going a flat mile on the grass. No. 2 Cornwall 15/1 exits the Rojac race. It was his first start and he never ran a step and now gets the stretchout on the grass and a good grass jock. No. 4 Blazing Image gets his first start off the Jack Steiner claim and he hits at almost 50% first off the claim. No. 8 Prince of Prague 20/1 is the barnmate of Cornwall, he was eased in his first start here but has comeback to work well and could be live at a huge price. 2-4-8
