No. 6 Omorfi Kopella exits our HTW list off a solid try first out of the box going down the hill at Santa Anita, she goes a mile on the grass today and will be tough to beat. No. 7 Flat Footed Mama ran a nice even fourth in her first try going long and on the grass, she is the main danger. 6-7
Race 2
No. 7 Designated is 1-for-1 on the synthetic surface breaking his maiden here back in July when coming from off the pace, he finds a field loaded with early speed and will be flying late. We will take our shot and single in the players pick five. 7
Race 3
No. 2 Kat’s Hurricane ran a good second here in August at this level. No. 9 Froggy Fresh wanted no part of the downhill turf course at Santa Anita in her first start, she drops in with maiden claimers and will go much better today at a price. If No. 10 Holy Ascension can run her last race here on the Poly she wins. No. 11 Vegas Luck will be making a late run. 2-9-10-11

2yo fillies go a mile on the grass. Gary Stevens and Tom Proctor hook up with No. 3 Here Comes Chloe and we will hook up also with them. Proctor also sends out No. 9 Doeling who exits our HTW list as a $$$ play, he will be tough down the lane. 3-9

Race 5
In the last leg of the players pick five we get $16k 3yo fillies going 6 furlongs. No. 2 She’s Flush won two times on this course back in August and comes off a good second behind No. 3 Moscato Girl who looks the speed of this race. Gary Stevens gets on No. 7 Nothing to Hide for a trainer that can pop first off the claim and drop down. 2-3-7

No. 1 Cloudy River has run three good races in his three race career. No. 5 Global Magician ran with some good ones at this track in September and is the one to beat if still in one piece. 1-5

No. 5 Tangelo broke her maiden here back in August and remains in top form. No. 7 Demonica went wire-to-wire in her first grass start last out at Santa Anita but will need to deal with No. 8 Winninginfasion and No. 11 Kana Flavor on the front end today and that will set it all up for Tangelo.

If No. 3 Vavoom can clear early he wins this wire-to-wire, he exits our HTW list off a near miss last out at Santa Anita. No. 4 Storm the Channel continues his class drop, he will try the poly track today after running all five of his races on the grass, he will be making a late run. Elvis gets on No. 6 Whole Lotta Run, a second time starter for Jerry Hollendorfer, we look for a big run today. No. 8 True Visionary drops in class and adds early speed to the race. No. 10 Burning ran three straight good races here back in July and August. 3-4-6-8-10

2yo $25k maidens and Baze and Hollendorfer hook up with No. 1 Mano a Mano and Hollendorfer hits at almost .40% with his first time maiden claimers. No. 2 Suances Dream ran ok first out of the box and the little drop will help his chances. 1-2
Race 2
No. 1 Sky Tribute and No. 5 Elaine’s Tenacity both exits the same key race in which the winner and second place finishers came back to score next out. 1-5
Race 3
No. 3 Salah Champ loves this turf course with 3 wins and 5 seconds from his 9 starts. No. 4 G. G. Ryder is his stablemate and he has won 2 of his 3 turf starts here. No. 6 Pepper Crown beat Salah in the past and is back in town after a failed try at the City of Hope Grade 3 at Santa Anita. 3-4-6
Race 4
More maiden 2yo this time running for a price tag of $12,500. No. 1 Mining Fever has finished 2nd in his last two at this level. No. 3 Park Ave is in from Hastings Park, he drops from straight maidens and gets Baze. No. 8 First Bull Run looks live at first asking. 1-3-8
Race 5
No. 1 Cindari gets the hot riding Kyle Frey after that this is anyone’s race, we will pass.
Race 6
No. 1 Catzanova looks to be sitting on the maiden breaker as he gets back on the grass. No. 6 Troy Story ran some good races on the grass down South, he ships in and gets Baze and a new trainer. 1-6
Race 7
No. 3 My Aunt Annie will be making a late run and just may get the right pace setup. No. 4 La Sugar Rose drops and gets off the grass. 3-4
