We get maiden $40k fillies and mares going six furlongs. No. 3 Princess Ashlyn has been turfing down the hill with straight maidens and will show all of her early speed with these. Kent D gets on the Art Sherman first time starter No. 5 Sid the Squid in a rare ride for this trainer, this filly is ultra live. No. 6 Rizzi’s Honors has finished third in all three of her starts with straight maidens and now drops. No. 7 Mrs. Guty was sent off as the even money favorite in her first start with $75k claimers and finished 3rd. 3-5-6-7

In this mile turf race Flavien Prat a top turf jock jumps on No. 5 Out of Patience who is in tip top form. Mike Smith gets on No. 6 Comes the Dream first off the Bill Spawr claim, he is also in good form. No. 7 Second Proposal exits our HTW list off a big win down the hill last out. 5-6-7

Race 4

No. 1 Heir of Storm drops in this his second off the Baltas claim, he will show more speed today going this seven furlong distance. No. 3 Karma King is a perfect 2 for 2 at this tough 7 furlong distance and is a Gary Sherlock re-claim as he lost him for $25k and re-claimed him out of his next race for $32k, he must really like this gelding. No. 6 Big Tire likes a flat mile so he should live this distance. 1-3-6

Race 5

As the card does not get any easier we get maidens going 7 furlongs. No. 3 Vinz Clortho exits our HTW list as a $$$$$ play, we will single in the pick five and play some trifectas in her using some runners exiting the same race: No. 1 Accelerate who finished 4th, No. 2 Ideal the 3rd place finisher and we will toss in the Baffert runner No. 4 Uninvited on the turnback in distance. 3 with 1-2-4

No. 10 Ralis exits our HTW list and may have been best in his last going this distance on the grass in the $200k Snow Chief. We will key him in exactas using No. 1 Lucky Bryan second off the layoff and a close 3rd in the Singletary behind No. 6 Arcature. We will also use the highly regarded No. 11 Liam the Charmer who just may be this good off his maiden win. 10 with 1-6-11

Race 7

Maidens sprinting 5-1/2 furlongs. No. 1 Tengas Ransom is the one to beat off his narrow seconds but he has finished 2nd in three straight and 4 of his 5 starts and will be a very short price again today. No. 5 Solar Zone is a first time starter with a solid last work, he is out of the dam Thermal Ablasion who has dropped 4 winners from 4 starters. No. 9 Lost Dutchman ran good in his one race last year as a 2yo, he comes back bigger and faster and looks the main danger. 1-5-9

The undefeated No. 4 Songbird takes center stage and this is hers two lose. If for some reason the race falls apart No. 7 Sutton’s Smile will be making a late run at a big price. 4

Maiden fillies and mares go a mile on the grass. No. 1 Rebarules Again has run good down the hill and should love this mile turf distance. No. 4 Warm Endowment lost by a nose down the hill in her last start. No. 7 Unusually Talented looks the speed of the speed and exits the same race as Rebarules. Prat gets on the speedy No. 10 All That Heat who he may try and rate today. 1-4-7-10
