Race 1

We start a very soft card with $16k fillies and mares going 6-1/2 furlongs and we get a field of six before scratches. No. 2 Fruity takes a big drop in class, she gets off the grass but it’s good to see that Prat sticks with her. No. 3 Miss Bliss ran second at this distance with better last time out and likes this track as both of her wins came here. 2-3

Race 2

We get $20k maidens going a flat mile and we get just another six horse field. No. 1 He’s a Knockout gets a huge rider upgrade and fits at this level. No. 6 Quality Boy gets his second start off the layoff, he gets off the grass and a big drop in class.

Race 3

Another six horse field as we get starter allowance fillies and mares going a mile. No. 1 Shysheisnot stretches out and maldo will be gunning from the bell. No. 2 Enduring Erin has won four times and three have come on dirt. 1-2

Race 4

We get another field of six in an optional $62,500 claimer. No. 1 Firing Line makes his 4yo debut after finishing second behind American Pharoah in the Kentucky Derby last year and then getting hurt in the Preakness, he may not need to be at full force to beat these. No. 4 Sammy Mandeville will be the one they will need to fear late. 1-4

Race 5

We get seven 2yo fillies running in the $125k Landaluce at 5-1/2 furlongs. Doug O’Neill sends out the maiden No. 2 Tap It All, she is highly regarded by her connections and has been odds on in all three of her starts finishing second in all three. No. 3 Miss Sotuhern Miss who exits our HTW list beat her by more than three lengths in what was a tremendous effort. 2-3

Race 6

We get a field of eight runners in this starter handicap race going five furlongs, this one is listed for horses that have starter for a claiming price of $16k or less since March 1st. No. 3 Too Fast to Pass sneaks in. He gets his first start off the Peter Miller claim and the big win, he has been facing better. No. 6 Navy Hymn will be odds on in here as he just beat $75k optional claimers. 3-6

Race 7

We get seven fillies and mares in this $40k optional claimer going a mile. No. 3 Minster’sadventure just finished a good second at this level and distance last out. No. 4 Savannah Sky comes off the layoff for Baltas and his go to jock Bejarano will ride again. She just missed here at this level back in May and has a big bullet work which says she is ready. No. 5 Melanistic is the stablemate of Savannah and exits a good third behind Minster last out. 3-4-5

Race 8

The 2yo fillies went in the fifth race in the landaluce and now the young boys take center stage. No. 2 Green With Eddie was sent off at .60 cents on the dollar in his first start and won like he was 1/9, he exits out HTW list and gets Prat today who is on all live horses today, we think this colt is the real deal and will take some beating today. 2

Race 9

Non winners of two races go 7 furlongs in the last race and we get a field of seven before scratches. It’s interesting that trainer Bob Baffert had no 2yo running in the two big 2yo races and he sends out just one runner today and he is No. 5 Chasintheaces who gets his second try at this level and third start off the layoff. No. 6 Woody’s Folly gets off the grass and will be making a late run. 5-6
