Race 1
No. 1 Comealongwithme drops back to the distance of her last two wins. No. 2 Kyankes exits the same race and gets Bejarano today as Prat who rode her last time moves to No. 4 Audra who Bejarano rode the last two times as they play jockey musical horses. 1-2-4
Race 2
No. 3 Pearl de Vere exits our HTW list and it’s good to see she moves up in class off her last race, she gets Kent D today. No. 6 Doodetta is on a win every other race pattern and this is her win race. 3-6
Race 3
No. 1 Always Dangerous takes a big dip in class for D’Amato. No. 4 If You Believe drops back to the level of her best race. 1-4
Race 4
This is one ugly 10k claimer going 1-1/16, we suggest passing or hitting the all button. No. 1 Mr. Cartagena was overmatched in his last race and now drops back to a better level and gets the bug boy Lindsay on. No. 2 Nahem is wheeled back in just 9 days off the claim. No. 5 Midnight Rumble gets a big drop in class and Iggy riding. 1-2-5 (all)
Race 5
Maiden 2yo fillies go six furlongs. No. 3 La Vitesse showed some good early speed in her one start here on July 16th, she came back to work well, Mike Smith gets on the Baffert first-time starter No. 4 Fortunate Queen who has three works over the surface. Baffert also sends out No. 5 Noted and Quoted who exits our HTW list and it’s interesting to “note’ that Mike Smith rode this one last time and now Bejarano gets the call. 3-4-5
Race 6
No. 4 Tribal Jewel fits perfect at this level and has a hot jockey and trainer combo and a real nice last work, he will try and turn the tables on No. 6 Saint Dermot who beat him last time out. **4-6
Exacta box 4-6 and win and place 4
Race 7
THE 75K OSUNITAS AT 1-1/16 ON THE GRASS
No. 1 Juno gets her second start in the states, she ran six furlongs on the dirt last time but was undefeated on the grass in her native Brazil. No. 2 Sobradora Inc is in from Argentina where she was a perfect 4 for 4 on the grass. No. 6 My Year Is a Day comes off a nice win and worked a bullet here on the grass, she is a live price play. 1-2-6
Race 8
No. 1 Chao Chom just blasted home here winning by more than eight lengths when bet down to the 6/5 chalk on July 20th. No. 5 Q’ Viva won here at this same level last year. No. 9 Watch Me Now will sit back off the hot pace and try and run them all down late. 1-5-9
Race 9
75k maiden fillies and mares travel a mile on the grass. No. 2 Carnival Lights has had her chances but finds a suspect field and will be running late with the light weight. No. 4 Sweet Treat exits out HTW list, she gets her first try on the grass but she just missed going a mile on the dirt last time out. No. 6 Tinderella is another who has had her chances but exits a productive race and drops in with claimers for the first-time. No. 9 Midnight Swinger just missed last out going this mile turf distance at Santa Anita and is a must use. 2-4-6-9
