John Sadler claimed No. 5 Blue Grass Music for 30k he ran her in two straight maiden races and now has given up on this 3yo filly as he drops her to the bottom, it looks like now or head up North. No. 6 Mrs Mayor also takes the big drop so look for her to run an improved race if she can handle the dirt. 5-6

Race 2

No. 6 Ghost Black is proven on the dirt back East and draws Rosario for his first West Coast start for trainer Biancone, No. 4 Brother Ernie comes off a nice maiden breaker at Fairplex and looks perfectly spotted. 4-6

Race 3

No. 2 Ohhhh A Wise Guy had a nice prep for this at Fairplex and has a real nice work over this track on 27th of Sept. Trainer Ron Ellis does good with second time starters and he sends out No. 8 Cee’s The Year off a better than looked race, No. 3 Bee Eff Eff lost at odds one off the layoff but has worked good since and will hold better today. 2-3-8

Race 4

In the Grade 2 Clement L. Hirsch No. 3 Champ Pegasus has two wins and two second from four starts on this turf course and he won this race last year, the speedy No. 7 Acclamation passed on Saturday for this spot, he will try and take them gate to wire. 3*-7

Race 5

No. 4 My Bashert was bet like a good thing in her one and only but folded faster than yesterdays newspaper, she gets a major rider upgrade for start number two and has a good 6 furlong work here on the 25th of Sept. No. 6 Sabouli is a first time starter whose dam has dropped six winners from six starters. No. 14 Contested is the one to beat if she runs. 4-6-14**

Race 6

No. 3 Kate’s Event is a perfect two for two going this difficult 7 furlong distance, No. 4 Hurricane Lake was over his head last time out and now is back with his friends. No. 8 C J Russell is one of two that Bob Baffert has going but he is the one we like off his last at Fairplex. 3-4-8

Race 7

No. 3 Kelly Leak gets back to sprinting on the grass and Rosario will take his first shot with him first off the Sadler claim, No. 6 Quick Enough has hit the board in all five of his starts going down the hill and was claimed last out for these races. No. 10 Ace Of Aces owns a win over the course and gets the perfect post. No. 11 Muny will sit off the hot pace set by Ace and track and make one run turning for home. 3-6-10-11

Race 8

In the Grade 1 Oak Leaf for 2yo fillies No. 2 Self Preservation exits our HTW list off a solid troubled second in her first start in the states in the Grade 1 Del Mar Debutante, No. 4 Candrea won both of her starts for Baffert and now gets the acid test. No. 8 Weemissfrankie beat Self Preservation at Del Mar on the synthetic at 7 furlongs but now they are going on the dirt at 1 1/16. 2-4-8

Race 9

No. 5 Dee Dee’s Legacy always gives his best and now Rosario will take over, No. 11 Fortunate Appeal exits out HTW list, he is in top form and will be tough in this spot. 5-11

GOLDEN GATE

Race 1

It is interesting that jockey Hernandez gets off of No. 6 Gold Fanatic the likely chalk to ride No. 1 Miss Spunky who lost to the Gold Fanatic by some seven lengths last time out. 1-6

Race 2

No. 5 Man From Lagos loves this course with two wins and a second from three starts, No. 7 Evening Island gets off the grass and a turn back in distance. 5-7

Race 3

No. 3 Awesome In Black had a good try first out and looks tough in this spot, No. 7 Good Life ran super despite trouble in his first start. 3-7

No. 1 Western Roses drops in class gets off the grass and Gryder will ride as Hollendorfer pulls all the punches to get the win, No. 3 Shadarockem and No. 9 Way Too Much look to be the main danger. 1-3-9

No. 3 Valley News has run all good races in her six race career, No. 4 Flying Gwen flew home for the big win last time out and could repeat. No. 7 Melissa Rose had a nice win at Fairplex and looks dangerous in here at what may be a nice price. No. 9 Bluegrass Chatter was last seen running against Grade 3 types at Santa Anita in January. 3-4-7-9

Race 8

No. 2 Winter Warlock may like it here, No. 6 Green Cat ran a sneaky good race in his first try here off the big maiden breaker. No. 8 Rick The Bartender and No. 10 Melanzana both look to have a shot. 2-6-8-10

Race 9

No. 1 Mr. Candy Bar may find the right pace to make his late run, No. 7 Saratoga Boot will go better today in this his second start here and No. 9 Stalking Gold will be coming with his late run. 1-7-9

Race 10

No. 8 One Mo and No. 9 Ammunition both take big drops in class, bet them to cash. 8-9
