Race 1

20k maiden fillies going a flat mile on a course that we really don’t know what to expect after all the rain and a course that was under water on Sunday and when a 14 time loser like the 7yo mare No. 3 Dee Dee’s Flight looks best we will just pass and watch.

Race 2

In the second leg of the early double it just doesn’t get much better s we have 4yo and up going a 1 1/16 for a claiming price of 8k, No. 1 Royal Mango and No. 3 Just Heat look best of the bunch but I would not take a short price on either of them.

Race 3

Now we go down the hill or do we is the question so how do you put the pieces together before we know? We will just handicap this race for the grass and the best are No. 7 Cheers To Boogie who gets Brice Blanc in the irons and a turn back in distance off he layoff, No. 8 Squad with Gomez riding for Proctor and he comes out of a good race in which the winner Preamble came back with a big score. No. 10 Take A Yard gets P Val and the best of the post going down the hill on the grass. 7-8-10 ( turf only)

Race 4

This race is an extension of the second race, No. 5 Nitro Active gets a good jockey change, No. 6 Candy From Paseana is the speed and gets P Val as he will try and take them wire to wire. No. 7 Easy On The Eye is looking for the hat trick and will be sitting in the cat bird seat turning for home. 5-6-7

Key Play

$2 exacta box 5-6-7= $12

Race 5

No. 3 El Scorpio is a dropper with speed and if the track is playing to the speed he could be long gone, No. 4 Position A is back in town and jockey Aaron Gryder makes the journey with him off a near miss at Golden Gate, he will sit right behind the El Scorpio pace. If they collapse down the lane No. 6 Magnificent Blend another Golden Gate invader could be picking up the pieces late and he is the stablemate of El Scorpio. 3-4-6

Key Play

$2 exacta box 3-4-6= $12

Race 6

Trainer John Shirreffs sends No. 3 Preshow long in this her second lifetime start and she is bred for this flat mile distance, No. 5 Burton’s Angel has been a mile twice once on the dirt and her last on the grass, she looks to be sitting on a big run today. 3-5

Race 7

Fillies and mares going a flat mile on the grass maybe, if they go on the green No. 1 Melbisha and No. 2 She’sfitforaking look best. If the go on the main No. 3 Frigid Bridget is the filly to beat as her last two race were at a flat mile which resulted in a second and a win. 1-2 (turf)—3 (dirt)

Race 8

Once we sort things out we will use two in this race in the late pick four, No. 1 Volacious who looks live at first asking for the sneaky duo of Berrio/Avial and No. 7 Depth a second time starter who was well bet in his one and only but got eliminated at the start. 1-7
