Race 3

No. 5 My Diane has been burning up some cash of late finishing second in her last two starts one at .90 cents on the dollar and her other at 8/5 but she is a must use. No. 6 Always a Chance ran right behind Diane last time out and is in top form. No. 7 Toomanytomatoes looked good winning first out of the box here and may be able to handle winners. No. 2 Running Isabella is the speed with Mike Smith getting the ride. 2-5-6-7

Race 4

No. 4 Giant Steps exits our HTW list and looks very solid in this race. No. 5 Arabian Storm is in from Turf Paradise for a sneaky trainer and he moves back to the main, he is live. 4-5

No. 3 Lift Our Luck had a nice prep for this off the layoff. She has a good work since and gets the hot riding Martin Garcia and the cozy rail going a mile on the grass. We will take our shot and single in the picks. 3

Race 6

No. 2 Tiz Victorious has been nibbling of late but now gets a much stronger rider. No. 11 Jay’s Firetruck will be legged up after those two turf races at the Gate. 2-11

Race 7

No. 2 Clearance Clarence exits our HTW list and is in tip top form and gets a big move up in class. No. 12 Lumberyard Jack won at this distance at this level one race back and will be a solid price place. No. 5 Let’s Do It gets his first start off the claim and may be this good at a big price. 2-5-12

Race 8

We end the day with a crap shoot as 50k maiden 2yo go 5 furlongs. No. 4 Scherer Magic has been working like a runner and No. 10 A Thousand Aces gets his second start for O’Neil and he puts his new main man in the irons. After that you need to watch the tote or hit the all button. 4-10

Race 1

No. 2 Follow the Crowd drops back to the level of her last win. No. 4 Roll Your Eyes takes a big drop in class looking for her proper level. 2-4

Race 2

No. 4 Oh Frankie Oh drops into an action spot. No. 6 Foggy Dew gets off the grass and back on her best surface. 4-6

Race 3

Barry Abrams sends second time starter No. 4 Appetizing long on the grass after a good first try on the turf going 5 furlongs. No. 7 Selleria exits our HTW list and is the one to beat. 4-7

No. 2 Pale Outlaw drops back to the level of his last win. No. 3 Irish Coral has won two of his three starts at this 5 ½ furlong distance. No. 6 Bye Bye See Ya is in good form. 2-3-6
