No. 1 Planet Sunshine ships in from the Gate looking for the big statebred purse. No. 3 The Black has his race albeit getting beat at .70 cents on the dollar. No. 4 Real Conundrum may like this 7 furlong distance.  1-3-4

Race 4

We get 2yo maiden fillies going 5 furlongs on the grass and this is a real conundrum. The best way to play this race is go to the bar and have a beer or do some early board monitoring. The best we can come up with is No. 1 Suncadia for Jeff Bonde, No. 3 Consent with Bejarano riding, No. 5 Upbeat Mood who is in from Calder with a race under her belt and her dam has dropped one winner and it was a grass winner. Jerry Hollendorfer sends out No. 6 Jerry’shoneycarol whose dame has dropped five turf winners. No. 8 Lucky Student has had two races showing good speed in both and she could take to the grass.  1-5-6-8

No. 1 Peacenik gets a major boast in class off of back to back wins but he can do. No. 2 Via Verde gets his first start off the Mike Mitchell claim. No. 5 Stoneside is in good form and will be putting in a big late run.  1-2-5

Race 6

No. 9 Lamm is one for one here on the Hollywood turf and has hit the board in all four of his races at this mile distance on the grass. The last time Gomez rode him he lost by a head. We will take our shot and single. 9

No. 1 Switch has been facing Grade 1 company and now will go in the 75k Desert Stormer at 6 furlongs which may be a tad short for her but she has two wins and three seconds from five starts here. No. 2 Izzy Rules will play catch me if you can. No. 3 Mildly Offensive is out of the hot Carla Gaines barn and will fall into a great stalking position. This filly also ran in a Grade 1 in her last start at Churchill Downs.  1-2-3

This race is just loaded with early speed so we will go with a few closers in No. 1 Buffalo Billy, No. 2 Ransom Canyon and No. 5 Cook Inlet. 1-2-5

No. 1 Additional Demands exits our HTW list off a troubled first start, a race in which he was bet like a good thing. No. 5 Temple Of Gold is a live first time starter as is No. 9 Magic Castle. 1-5-9
