Early speed has won just about all of these 4 furlong sprints and the two with the most early foot are No.1 Gonging Wild and No.2 Son de America who just won here at this four furlong distance on the 13th just 7 days ago. 1-2

We have 20k maidens going 4 furlongs. Of the ones that have run No.7 Lightning McQue showed the most early speed. Joy Scott can get there with first time starter No.1 Warren’s Bugler as he has speed. 1-7

No.3 Jerry’s Fever gets his second start off the layoff and just may take to this dirt course and despite his one win in fourteen starts he has been very consistent. No.2 Happy Together is the closer. 2-3

No.1 Laura’s Pleasure tossed her head at the start in her first try here on the 13th. She will go much better with a good break today. No.3 Naughty Mariana may be live off the layoff. No.5 True Expectations exits our HTW list and gets a confident boast in class. She will be flying late. 1-3-5

They will be going round and round in this 1 3/8 route. No.1 Liberty Cap is proven on the Calder dirt. No.2 Falling Knife just won going 1 5/8 at the Humboldt County fair and he has some big back class finishing second by a half length in a Grade 2 going 1 ½ at Turf Way Park. The big grey No.1 Dunmore East just may like it here. No.4 Oilisblackgold has been hanging of late but does own his only win here. No.2 Arraignment is looking for his third straight win. 1-2-4

No.1 Sparkle Joel finds a very soft group of 20k maiden claimers. No.5 Shoeshine Johnny is a very live first time starter with Maldonado in the irons. No.9 Solana Soleil had a race over the course at 4 furlongs and now gets an extra 2 furlongs, he will be out winging it on the front end. 1-5-9
