No. 3 Field Report has big early speed and won his last start here on September 28th and had a real nice 4 furlong work on the 14th which sets his up for another big run. No. 7 My Slew will sit right off the hot early pace today and try and mow them down in the stretch. 3-7

Race 2

No. 2 Nextdoorneighbor finally got that elusive second win. He seems to like this dirt track and Baffert moves him up in class. No. 3 Luckarack exits our HTW list as trainer Ted West moves this one back up the ladder. No. 4 Stoneside will be making a big late run. 2-3-4

No. 6 Warrens Wild Thing has been a check earner for hall of fame trainer Jack Van Berg and this gelding could upset at a big price. No. 7 Storm in Blairsden will try and play catch me if you can. 6-7

Race 4

No. 6 Bojour showed some promise in her first start at Del Mar and then was up against it in her last race when tossed to the wolves. She is where she belongs today and will run much better. No. 9 Sense of a Woman showed she liked the dirt at Fairplex and now gets the hot riding Maldonado. No. 12 Funny Gal gets her first start off the John Sadler claim. She had a nice work since a better than looked race last time out in her first start. 6-9-12

Straight maidens go down the hill. No. 7 Hold’em Hustler is a first time starter by Alphabet Soup and this grew looks ready to run. No. 9 Mikey T took action in his one and only start at 6 furlong turf sprint at Holly Park back in May when he hopped at the start losing all shot. He has a new barn and may be live today. 7-9

Race 6

Now we have 8k claimers going a flat mile on the dirt. No. 4 Aqua Fever is one two Jeff Mullins horses in here but he is the one we like on the stretchout with Tyler Baze getting the leg up. No. 9 Cook Inlet owns a win over the track and gets a slight drop in class. 4-9

Race 7

We have fillies and mares going 1 1/8 on the grass in the feature today. No. 3 Hard to Resist gets back on the grass and gets Bejarano in the irons. No. 6 Rosehill Dew’s last win came here on the grass at this distance. 3-6

Race 8

To close the day we get maiden fillies and mares going 6 furlongs for a claiming price of 20k. Some of the first time starters look live with No. 1 Three Tens and No. 11 Faith’s Joy, we will use both in the late pick four. No. 12 Courageousandbold looks best of the ones that have met the starter and she has a race over the track. 1-11-12
