It will either be play on No. 5 Black Witch, a Bob Baffert first time starter for owner Mercedes Stables, or hit the all button. 5

Race 3

No. 1 Byrama won here at this 6 furlong turf distance back in June and now comes back sporting a solid work on the 24th and she will get a good setup with all the front speed. 1

Race 4

We have jockey musical chairs in this race as Bejarano jumps ship or walked the plank on No. 1 Game On Dude and now will ride No. 2 Richard’s Kid and the Dude will get Mike Smith as these two pro’s battle it out again. 1-2

Race 5

No. 1 Scorpion Time had a bad trip in his last start and will go better today. No. 4 Slammer Time just missed by a head here on the 10th at this mile turf distance. No. 8 Mr. Make Believe was a close third in the same race. 1-4-8

Jockey Orlando Mojica has had a rough time of it here on the West Coast but has a shot at the win on No. 3 Imperial Pride who will try and turn the tables on No. 8 Dance With Gable. No. 10 Dave’s Pacemaker exits the same race and had trouble at the start. 3-8-10

No. 1 Troy Story gets Bejarano and a turn back to six furlongs. No. 6 Valley of Kings has been working like a runner at the Gate since arriving from New Orleans. No. 7 In a Wine Tizzy will rate today. 1-6-7

This is like a stakes race and a very hard one to find the winner. Baffert sends out two in No. 1 Jaycito and the very speedy No. 2 Blueskiesnrainbows. No. 3 Golden Itiz has a very nice 6 furlong work for this on the 25th as does No. 7 Java Man. 1-2-3-7

Race 9

Tom Proctor has a good one two punch in here with No. 2 Creditcardroulette and No. 4 Purim’s Dancer both look to have a big shot. No. 10 Pogonip exits our HTW list off a good maiden breaker on the grass in her first turf try. 2-4-10

Race 10

We really need to go deep in here using No. 1 Northern Glow who exits a big key race, No. 4 Warren’s Cole with live long shot jockey Eliska Kubinova, No. 10 Rockin Cherokee a Hastings invader with good speed, No. 13 Mind the Master who drops into this lowest level of maiden claimers and No. 14 Midnight Raven. 1-4-10-13-14
