Race 1

There are five horses in here and two are trained by Baffert. No. 2 Manando who will try and take them back to back on the stretchout and No. 4 Curly Top who just did miss in his first start at this 1 1/16 distance here on November 18th. This Curlin colt looks like a real runner. No. 3 Persuasive Paul was just a half length behind Curly Top last time out. 4

Race 2

No. 1 Ruled by Kisses looks set for a big run first time out for trainer Carla Gaines as she has put four nice 5 furlong works into this colt for this race. 1

Race 3

No. 8 Scary Ride freaked in her first start here when breaking her maiden by some nine lengths after being bet down to 2/1. This Candy Ride filly will handle the grass. No. 5 Valeria will be making a late run in her first start off the Peter Miller claim and that last work says she is on edge. 5-8

Race 4

No. 2 So Tempted gets back to the cushion surface and will be right there with a patient stalking ride. No. 6 There Is No Limit exits the same race and will be making a late run. She has won two of her three starts on this course. No. 4 The Gang and I is the price play off of her last work and she is on a win every other race pattern. 2-4-6

Exacta box 2-4-6

Race 5

No. 1 Red Defense drops to the level surface and distance of his last win and he is 3 for 3 sprinting on the grass here at this 6 furlong distance. Owner and trainer Belvoir lost No. 2 Dress Code for 25k one race back and re-claimed him for 32k last time out. That was back in May. No. 3 Drift King likes this layout and will be right there. No. 8 Blue Jay Attack is in top form and he blew them away in his last start on this 6 furlong turf course. He is the one to beat. 1-2-3-8**

Key 8 with 1-2-3 first and second in the trifecta and exacta.

Race 6

No. 5 Candy Waltz gets off the grass and back to a sprint and a major rider upgrade. No. 7 Until You will show all of his speed with the drop to this level. No. 8 Kenichi also has speed and comes off a nice win. 5**-7-8

Race 7

No. 3 Slammer Time just missed in his last race by a head. No. 4 Alley Hondro comes off a good win and likes this turf course. The one time No. 5 Warren’s Big Cat won was here when Maldonado rode. He is back on and will try and get Van Berg a needed Christmas win. 3-4-5

Race 8

No. 6 Anabaa Premium battled head to head last time out here at this distance only to lose by a nostril. He may be the speed of the speed. If able to clear early he will get very brave but will need to contend with No. 7 Donato who takes a big drop in class. No. 8 Low Gear Power always puts in his late run and he has won four of his eight starts here. No. 2 Megaride’s two wins have come here at this distance. 2-6-7-8
