Race 1

No. 1 Monster Hit gets the rail in this mile race after being stuck wide in his last two races. Look for No. 10 Spirit of Lindy to go better today in this his second start. No. 7 Bipartisan drops into a better spot but has no works since the 8th and that is not a good sign. 1-7-10

Race 2

Jockey Edwin Maldonado rode No. 2 Roll Your Eyes one time and got the win. He rides today. 2

Win and place 2

Race 3

We hope the rain is gone as this race is listed to go 6 ½ furlongs down the hill. First time starter No. 2 Sidepocket Run looks like a runner grass or dirt. Marty Jones sends out two in here, No. 3 Unbridled Ambition off the layoff who draws Bejarano and No. 5 Marcyjane who will wake up if back on the grass.

Race 4

30k maiden claimers fillies and mare 4yo and up going 6 furlongs on the dirt. No. 2 Too Five n’ Ten has been speeding but stopping late. If the track is favoring speed she may not get caught today. No. 4 Sister Esperanza ran right behind the top choice last time out and has a real nice work since. No. 1 Samurai Jess looks live at first asking for O’Neill with Tyler riding. 1-2-4

Race 5

Down the hill we go again. No. 7 Horsesanddivorces ran a good second by a head on the six furlong Hollywood turf course where she broke her maiden. No. 10 Toluca gets the perfect post for this and will be the price play in here. 7-10

Exacta box 7-10 and win and place 10

Race 6

No. 1 Appealing Tale looked super when breaking his maiden at this mile distance last time out on a wet fast track. Trainer Bob Baffert sends out the top two contenders in here with No. 5 Super Ninety Nine on the stretchout and some mighty works and No. 6 Code West who also has some big works. 1-5-6

Race 7

This race is scheduled to be run at a flat mile on the grass. No. 2 Gab Power can always be depended on for his big late run and can get there with the right pace. No. 4 Causeithertz will fall into a good stalking position and could get the jump on them turning for home. No. 7 Money Talker will also be coming late.

Race 8

The day ends with 30k maiden 3yo fillies going 5 ½ furlongs and there will be a fierce early pace in here which will set things up from off the pace. No. 9 Janes Ship has some long shot appeal with Alex Bisono riding, a jock who took a horrible take down in the last race on Sunday. There are two live first time starters in here No. 1 Coconut Cream Pie and No. 12 Danish Dawn. We will use both. 1-9-12

Exacta box 1-9-12

Race 1

We start this 7 race card with a 8k maiden claimer going a mile for 3yo fillies. No. 1 Memo to Maggie ran good last time out at this level and distance. No. 4 Hot French Fries takes a big drop for the Baze/Hollendorfer team and they will be a short price as usual. No. 5 Lana Lang also takes a steep drop in class. 1-4-5

Race 2

No. 1 Secret Spy will wake up in this spot with Kyle Frey back on. No. 6 Tusher Mtn Man will get the perfect hot pace up front and looks like a good single in the picks. 1-6**

Win on 6

Race 3

This is one bad 20k maiden claimer going a mile on the main. No. 1 Mr. Reaburn just missed last time out going a mile on the grass but has failed at this level on the main three times. But the others are so bad he could get there today. No. 2 Accomodator exits the same race and he has some early speed.

Race 4

No. 1 Compromising Txt gets his first start off the Steve Sherman claim and gets back to sprinting. No. 5 Defying Logic will try and run them down at the wire. 1-5

Race 5

No. 4 Mohanna Breeze gets her second start off the Miyadi claim and he hits at around 40% second off the claim. No. 8 Glorious Madness gets her first start off the Bill Morey claim and he puts on April Boag.

4th 1-5

5th 4-8

Race 6

No. 4 Aunt Emma finally got the win in start number 13 and may come right back after figuring it out. No. 6 What’s Up looks to have found her level. 4-6

Race 7

No. 1 Wild Date drops and has won four of her eight starts here including two at this mile distance. No. 2 Astuzia is her stablemate and she gets off the grass. No. 7 Two Thirds Victory is in good form and gets Carr in the irons. 1-2-7
