No. 4 Stars and Moons has had his chances but will find a good early pace in this 1 1/16 dirt route for 50k maiden claimers. No. 6 Indian Gods has been well bet and well meant in both of his starts and now will go long and looks the one to beat. 4-6

We have 50k maiden 3-year-old going 5½ furlongs in this race with No. 2 Talk the Walk looking to be the speed of the speed. No. 5 Molten Image looks live at first asking for trainer Art Sheramn. No. 7 Warrens Hornblower ran a nice even race in his first start and will go much better today. 2-5-7

We go down the hill here in race three. No. 3 A Toast to You just missed in his last start by a nostril when getting tagged on the line, Maldonado rides again. No. 4 Relentless Heat is a four time winner going down the hill from six tries including his last race. No. 6 Starspangled Heat has hit the board in all six of his starts going down the hill. 3-4-6

20k maiden claimer going 7 furlongs, if No. 3 Deception Free clears early he could be gone today in this his second off the layoff. Leparoux gets on first time starter No. 9 Heavenly Road whose dam has dropped 8 winners from 9 starters. 3-9

Race 5

25k fillies and mares go a flat mile on the grass. No. 2 Eyes on the Prize ran second here at this mile turf distance one race back for a 32k price tag. No. 6 Van Brit exits the same race and is a win or nothing type mare. 2-6

Race 6

Allowance 3-year-old fillies go six furlongs on the dirt. No. 1 Blushing Angel has the work here on the 10th. No. 3 Spooky Lady freaked on the wet track last time out and gets her first start off the 50k Ted West claim. Sadler brings back No. 4 Iotapa off the claim and layoff, he has her claim proof today and that is a good sign off the 7 month layoff. 1-3-4

Race 7

Fillies and Mares go 1¼ on the grass, the only time No. 1 Warren’s Got Game went this turf distance she lost by a head. No. 4 Splendiferous Moon was three lengths back of her. No. 5 Spring Bloom is in top form and should get the distance. Jockey Espinoza will try and clear with No. 6 Viva Carina and if he does this filly will get very brave. 1-4-5-6

Race 8

Statebred straight maidens go six furlongs on the dirt. No. 3 Almost Better is a first time starter out of the dam Better Reasons who has dropped 6 winners from 6 starters, he has a nice work and his trainer hits at around 28% with his first timers. No. 5 Valley of Kings has the all important early speed in this race and gets Bejarano in the irons. No. 6 Super Ability comes off a long layoff but showed good early speed in that one start and has been working very good here for Carla Gaines. No. 10 Valdirone will get a nice sitting trip from this post and jump on them down the lane. 3-5-6-10

GOLDEN GATE

Race 1

Baze gets on second time starter No. 1 Go Green Go for trainer Bonde, he exits a race in which he was well bet but could not handle a colt called Massimo who won easy next time out, bet him at a short price to cash. 1

Race 2

No. 2 Zambra Mora gets her second start off the layoff and second here at the Gate. No. 6 Holly and the Ivy exits the same race and she is the price play in here. 2-6

Race 3

No. 2 Photo Shopped gets his first start off the claim and the hot riding Carr gets the call as he moves into a sprint, look for him to be coming with a late run. No. 3 Quick Enough gets his main jock back. 2-3

Race 4

No. 3 Saturday’s Girl comes to town from Santa Anita and finds a real good spot to get her diploma. No. 6 Sing and Tell is the main danger off of those two mile races. 3-6

No. 2 Puna Vida ran a nice even race in her first start and can only go better today. No. 4 Rebecca’s Surprise exits the same race, she finished second and Puna was third. No. 7 Papaslilprincess drops into a maiden claimer for this her third start. 2-4-7

Race 6

Morey must like the way No. 2 Risky Allure is doing as he jumps her in class off the loss and Baze sticks, we think he knows what he is doing. 2

No. 3 I’lltakeachance looked good winning off the layoff and may be able to stand the hike in class. No. 7 Ramble on Rose is closing in on the win. 3-7

Race 8

No. 6 Ya Wanna Hug ships in looking for the win and we think she gets it. No. 4 Swift Touch will be dangerous if she can clear early. 4-6
