Race 1

Bejarano will stay right down on the rail with No. 1 Cotton’s Point and get through turning for home, Sadler saddles two in here, the one we like is the comebacker No. 8 Tiz a Kiss who took some money in her one and only last year at Santa Anita but was eliminated at the start. 1-8

Race 2

No. 6 Hardliner ships in and lands in the barn of Peter Miller who looks to reap some extra cash with the shippers bonus, No. 7 Change of Plan has early speed and that will play well in here. Trainer Bill Morey who won with one early in the meet brings in dropper No. 8 My Best Bet who will be dangerous at this level. 6-7-8

1st 1-8

2nd 6-7-8

Race 3

We get 2yo going a mile on the grass, No. 2 Taelyns Prince exits our HTW list off a solid second first time out going 5 furlongs on the Hollywood turf course, he is bred to go long, No. 7 Settheworldonfire exits the same race as does No. 9 Sunny Kat who went off at 5-2 when Prince was 5-1. No. 8 Station House is a well bred first time starter for Richard Mandella who gets Gary Stevens. 2**-7-8-9

Key exacta box and tri key first and second 2 with 7-8-9

Race 4

No. 12 Kuro who exits our HTW list has had some bad luck of late, he needs some pace up front and may not get much today, No. 3 Position A will like the switch to Del Mar. No. 5 Bev N Bud won here last year at this 6-1/2 furlong distance and has a good work here on the 19th. No. 8 Blake looks like the speed in here. Trainer Cody Autrey has been doing much better here and he sends out No. 11 Iron Joe T off the layoff and claim. 3-5-8-11-12

Race 5

30k 2yo maiden fillies, jockey Brice Blanc don’t ride many but looks to have a live first time starter in No. 6 Up the Alley who is out of the dam Mazel Tov Betty who has dropped three winners from three starters. 6

Race 6

No. 4 Bella Viaggia is a 4yo filly who has done little wrong in her career with four wins and a second from five starts, she will go long for the first time. 4

Race 7

In the 90k Wickerr No. 5 Corporate Jungle may have too much class for these, we will single in the big pick six carryover.

Race 8

There is a pick six carryover today due to the horrible bad take down of the winner on Sunday in the last race Cosmic Heat who was a clear winner, the stewards new that if the second place finisher got put up they would get a big carryover and low and behold they robbed in front of everyone the people that had the 6-1 winner, it was a disgrace! In the last leg of the phony carryover No. 1 Indycott gets the big drop in class and off the grass, Maldonado will be gunning from the bell, No. 10 Will He Amaze will also go better today with the drop to this level and getting off the grass. No. 11 Tuckers Point just did miss when dropped to this level in his last start and the one who beat him by a neck came back to win next out. 1-10-11
